This house was within walking distance to a very nice beach access to the bay. The house was extremely clean and convenient for our family of 4. Highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation home

It was a really wonderful vacation house. Location was great, right by the beach. The house was very clean and very spacious. It was great for my husband, myself and our 2 teenage daughters. Really loved hanging out on the porch.

Just perfect!

This is the second time we've stayed here.We chose it again because of its perfect location - so close to Onset's downtown and beaches. Four adults stayed this time - there was plenty of room for all of us. We will be back!!

Lovely cottage!

We loved our stay! The cottage was perfect for three adults, and could have easily accomodated more. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who want to cook, including such thoughtful touches as coffee. creamer, and condiments. Everything was immaculately clean. Location was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!

The picturesque hidden village that is Onset

The spot is beautiful, private, locals are great. The village is laid back as well the beach which is a half mile up a quiet road along the coastline. The ocean itself was perfect for my 5yr old daughter, warmer water than across the bridge without any waves, great. Just great.

Great home in a great location!

This home was small but mighty. The home was clean, well decorated and impeccably maintained. For a small home, the storage solutions were smart and our family of four was comfortable for a week stay. We loved the secluded backyard and the beach right down the block. Maria was a thoughtful host and very responsive! Onset was a perfect location to springboard activities in central/Western part of the Cape. We can't wait to go back!

We wanted somewhere convenient and reasonably priced and this place worked for us. The lady next door has issues, but we just tried to stay away from her. Called police on us for parking in front of house while loading luggage, this is in a neighborhood.

Erholsame Tage in einem tollen Haus

Great Stay - Cute Town

We three sisters in our 50/60’s had a great stay. House was super clean. Back deck was very comfortable and private. Enclosed front porch also comfortable. Kitchen and home was well stocked. It was an enjoyable walk into town. Most of the nearby houses were very nice (next door was run down but we were not bothered). Beds were comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute little cottage style home

The house was clean and equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It had a very cozy cottage feel…decorated beautifully. Highly recommend!

Bedroom Description

Host responded to all questions in a very timely manner. Answered all questions that were asked. The location was close to Onset Beach but you do need to drive to it. Several places in the area to eat at, close to the Bourne Bridge. Great Ice Crean shop with soft serve and homemade ice cream, great flavors, next to the candy store.. Cash only so be prepared. Sad you have to pay to park at the beach during the month of May when the temps are cool. The house has everything you would need, the coffee pods and half & half in the refrig were a plus. It was raining while we were there, so we did't get to use the deck furniture or grill. Adequate linens for 2 people. Mentioned King, Queen and a full bed. There was 1 queen, 1 full bed, a daybed and 2 twin(?). If I had known that, we would not have not booked the house. Only one bedroom had a TV. Couches need to be replaced! Sunken in and old, if you have a bad back, it will be worse, very hard to get off of the couch and love seat. No furniture to put clothes in for an extended stay. We were there for a short time so we lived out of our suitcase. The closet was blocked by the bed and end table. There were a few hooks to hang a few pieces of clothing. Okay for a couple with 1 or two children. Puzzles, deck of card and games available. A few trip hazards for seniors. Quiet neighborhood, no problems.

Great stay in Onset!

We had a fabulous time at Cape Cod and this could not have been a more perfect rental for us. The house is so well furnished! Great kitchen supplies, lots of towels, selection of pillows and so comfortable. It was very clean. It was also nice to have a washer and drier with laundry detergent supplied! It’s located a block from the water and an easy walk to downtown in a quiet area. If we’re ever back in the area we’ll certainly want to stay here.

Perfect three bedroom

Lovely cottage, well decorated and well equipped. Totally enjoyed our time there, lots of great outdoor space out back. Definitely want to come back :)

Welcome to Onset

A quaint bungalow within walking distance of all things Onset. House was well kept with all the things you need for a stay. We loved the furnishings and art! The backyard was amazing for the family cookout and we walked into town everyday for all the seafood. Great Place! Thanks The Bakers

A great place close to local beach

We had a really good time at Maria’s place, which was as described. About 10 minutes walk from Onset beach. The backyard was very cozy. Communications with Maria were great.

Great Stay

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway with 4 adults and 2 children. It was plenty spacious and very clean. The location was great and a short drive away from the beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
