We had an amazing stay on Rolf Pond in this cute knotty pine cottage right on the water. It had everything your heart could desire, including the kitchen sink! There were beautiful sunsets, cool foggy mornings, and fresh air everyday. We spent 2 quiet weeks there amid towering pine trees, Canada Geese on the pond, and a free fireworks display across the pond. It was so very comfortable in every way, and we'd love to return someday.

Beautiful week on the pond!

Love this place

We stayed here last Sept also and just fell in love with the place and the owners. Just what we needed -to relax and explore the area. It's just perfect for our girls' vacation - can't wait to go back!

Relaxing Vacation Spot

Had a great time staying here! The cottage had lots of amenities (BBQ, canoeing, etc.) and the owners were very hospitable and helpful. Would definitely recommend this waterfront retreat to anyone looking for a peaceful, outdoor getaway with all the comforts of home.

This is a cute camp on a private pond. The views from the screened porch are fabulous. There are kayaks, inflatable tubes for the water. A nice fire pit to just relax, the gas grill is great as well. We enjoyed the peaceful tranquility. Other family members came for the day and fished, wishing they could stay longer.

Pete & Barbara are the consummate hosts. Caring and accommodating, it’s a pleasure. As for the lakeside (pond) cabin, the very 1st thing we noticed was how clean and fresh it is. Absolutely zero mildew smell, or disarray. Everything one needs is there, heat, hot water, A/C. But the view from the porch, to the fire pit, to the gas grill, which we used, made for a lovely stay. Five out of five stars. We couldn’t be more grateful.

Our stay at Hopkinton

My daughter and I really enjoyed our time there, and I hated to leave, and come back home. All good things end at some point, but was able to get my dog from her "hotel" this morning.

Under the pines.

This was a wonderful stay. Our host were friendly and informative, genuinely wonderful people. The cottage had everything you would need for your stay. Comfortable, and relaxing, with a water view that you could stare at all day. Fishing from the dock was a great treat, along with a golf course less than 2 miles away. The location of the cottage for our explorations was perfect with easy access to major routes in all directions. Easy to say yes for a return stay.

Peaceful Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our lakeside cabin experience. It was a quiet and peaceful stay. We read, watched movies, hiked, and took day trips. We really enjoyed the "Common Man Restaurant" in Concord- less than 30 min.away Our hosts, Pete and Barbara, made available to us their canoe and we paddle the pond a couple of times. They also provided us with some firewood for use in their smokeless fire pit. We asked them to join us and they did. We had wonderful conversation. Great Time!

The lake life

Had a wonderfully relaxing week on the lake. This was the cleanest lake cabin I've ever stayed in. Everything was so lovely and comfortable. Even the Weber grill was spotless. Only con, the bathroom is very small, but who spends their vacation in the bathroom? The lake is shallow which makes it tricky for swimming. But the water is so clean, full of turtles, fish and frogs which shows how healthy the ecosystem is. I loved the front porch, completely sealed in so no chance of bugs getting in. With a real bed on the porch! A nice place to relax and read a book. TV has all the apps so I could login to my youtube account. Books available in the cabin too. Location out of the way, about 22 minutes to Concord. Check out the Indian museum in Weber in the other direction. I'd go back to this cabin for sure.

Hoyt Camp

Our stay in the cozy and comfortable cottage could not have been any better. It was clean and well stocked. The view looking out on the pond was truly amazing. We were able to see a loon just about everyday. I have saved the best for last, our host were wonderful. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.Thank you Pete and Barbara for making our perfect!

Another amazing week!

This is our second time staying at hoyt cabin and it was a wonderful stay. Barbara and Pete are so great and really make our stay so easy and relaxing. The lake is great for fishing and swimming. The cabin is fully stocked with whatever you need. I highly recommend staying here and we can wait again until next summmer!

Great Stay

Our week at the Lincoln's Hoyt Cabin was terrific! We arrived a little early (our bad), and were greeted by Barbara and Peter, who proved to be exceptional hosts. They were available when we needed them (lots of local info and assistance), but were otherwise totally unobtrusive. The cabin was well stocked and immaculate, with the clear pond only steps away! With a week of beautiful weather, the time away was exactly what two old friends needed. Our sincere thanks to Barbara and Peter.

A great return stay

This was our second trip, the property remains exactly what we were looking for: a cabin in the woods, right next to a lake. Pete and Barbara the owners couldn't be more friendly and helpful. I suspect we'll be making another return trip.

Great vacation!

It was our 2nd visit to this beautiful spot. The cottage was perfect, the pond was so picturesque. We enjoyed time on the water, sitting by the firepit, and relaxing with our daughters before they headed back to college. Love this spot, hope to be back next year!

Cozy waterfront cottage.

This cottage was immaculate! I have stayed at others where I didn't want to sit on anything. We didn't need to unpack half of our things because everything we could need was there. The owners are wonderful and we are looking forward to returning next summer.

Great location, friendly owners

This is exactly what we were looking for in a lakeside rental. It had just the right mixture of seclusion and amenities. The cottage itself came with all the things needed for lakeside life. Pete and Barbara, the owners, are very helpful and were always asking if there was anything they could do to improve our stay. In short, we had a very relaxing week away.
