Welcome to Steamboat's Dreamboat! Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in The Phoenix at Steamboat has everything you'll need and more for your mountain getaway!

You’ll love our prime location, just across the street from the base of the mountain. You will have easy access to everything you need---restaurants, shopping, bars, grocery stores, all within a block or two.

If you are here to ski or snowboard, you can take a short walk to the Gondola or choose the convenient winter ski shuttle.

Our place has modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and new appliances, comfortable living room furniture and a brand-new 65-inch smart TV, including a variety of premium channels and Netflix/Roku capabilities.

You'll find comfortable beds and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. The Master has a KING bed with a Serta IComfort memory foam mattress and a modern attached full bathroom.

The second bedroom has a queen and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. For extra sleeping space, the living room sofa pulls out to a queen bed.

The second full bathroom was also been remodeled and is located in the hallway between the bedrooms and the living room .

During ski season, you won’t need a car for the entire time you’re here because included in your stay is a complimentary shuttle that will pick you up right at our front door! You can get a lift to the slopes or virtually anywhere you want to go in town, including grocery stores, restaurants, breweries and more. We also have a heated private garage for one vehicle and covered parking available for a second vehicle, first come-first served.

If you're visiting in the summer, we are one of the few condos in Steamboat Springs with Air Conditioning in all rooms and a lovely outdoor patio with access to a shared grass yard.

You'll have free access to the beautiful Phoenix clubhouse with heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, workout room and pool table. (Please note, during the spring and fall off-peak seasons, the pool and one hot tub will close, but one hot tub will remain open.)

This property is managed directly by the owners, so we can keep costs down for our guests by avoiding pricey rental management fees.

Steamboat Springs Phoenix condo

The condo is in great condition and has really been updated nicely. Ground level patio is a real plus. Really close to ski mountain base area. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. These folks are great owners. Good communication.

Great location — the shuttle picks you up right outside the front door! Perfect, comfortable set up for a family and very clean! We loved our stay and will be returning!

Everything was wonderful! The proximity to the Resort was fantastic! I learned the "shortcut" to the slopes and took advantage on day 1. We utilized all the amenities the complex had to offer including the Hot tub/pool area and the weight room. TY for being so helpful and attentive hosts!Kevin

Repeat stay!

We enjoyed everything about this place for the second year in a row! The owners are so responsive and the unit is perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub and it’s nice we can let our kids go outside and play right off the patio. Close to many things and worked perfect for us!

quiet, clean and great location

This was a perfect location for a family with a 2 year old. The unit was laid out well. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a grassy, contained area for the tike. The outside sitting area was private and comfortable. The base area, coffee shop and restaurants were in walking distance. The unit was as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.

Great owners

The location is very easy to walk about 100yds to the slopes. The kitchen is well-stocked. The owners are very kind and responsive to any concerns. Easy walk to Gondola base, Christy's is just down the street as is the Wild Plum grocery and liquor/wine store. Kitchen is the most updated area in the condo, and the bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for skiing.

Our family of 4 loves to ski and we love steamboat. This condo was perfect for all of our needs. We walked to the mountain in the mornings to ski and walked home in the afternoon. We walked to dinner several times and took the free shuttle downtown once. Great place!

Clean & comfy

Kitchen had everything. Walk to Gondola is so convenient, but waking back after long day skiing requires a little toughness as it’s all uphill. Unit very nice! Hope to return.

Pride in Ownership

We enjoyed skiing and snowboarding at Steamboat the walk to the gondola was close, even in ski boats. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed to make your stay enjoyable. We used the shuttle service to go into town and was super easy. We also rode the local bus one day which is free. The condo sleeping accommodations were very comfortable even the pull out couch. The kids utilized the spa and billiards table. The condo is updated and has nice touches with shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, lotions, and indoors washer and dryer. The parking can be a bit of a challenge if you don’t fit into the garage if it’s crowded but that is why we used the shuttle and local bus. This is by far one of the best VRBO we have rented. Thanks for making our vacation rental feel like home.

Wonderful Place

The condo has been renovated and is in impeccable condition. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, in-room washer/dryer very convenient and kitchen well stocked with the basics. More importantly, my wife really liked it. It’s not ski-in/ski-out so my only suggestion is to let tenants know that the walk to and from the base is an order of magnitude easier if you go through the Gravity Haus parking lot (it’s like night and day given the alternative). Overall, it was a great place with very attentive and helpful owners. We’d definitely stay again.

Great stay! Great location!

My brother who lives in Steamboat got married in July and we stayed here to enjoy the long wedding weekend. It’s a great location- close to the base of the mountain. Condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 and we had zero issues while we were there. Although Amy’s communication was so great, I knew that if we had any issues she would have responded quickly! We usually come in winter and stay with my parents in their condo, but if that doesn’t work out we definitely know where we are booking!!!

Great Ski Condo

We enjoyed our days at the Phoenix condo. Brief walk to ski base to get first time skiing youth to ski school. Kids loved the hot tub and fireplace after long day on the slopes.

Wonderfully renovated

Phil and Amy were great hosts and the property has everything you ever want for a family ski weekend. The condo is recently renovated and walking distance to the gondola. The beds were super comfy.

We are living our dream of owning a place in Steamboat Springs. We've looked at or stayed in many condos in Steamboat over the years and when we saw this place it was love at first sight! The bedrooms are large enough to fit a King bed in the Master, and a Queen and Twin over Twin bunkbed in the 2nd bedroom. We know this setup is hard to find in Steamboat, but we're happy to provide a variety of sleeping options for our guests. The private one-car garage is an added bonus and we have air-conditioning in all rooms and a private patio and shared yard. The pool, hot tubs and workout facility are wonderful and the close location to the Gondola makes this super convenient and provides easy access to shopping, restaurants and more. All of this is why we're calling this property our Steamboat Dreamboat! We absolutely love our condo and hope you will too!
