The whole paying for parking is ridiculous and having to go and get arm bands is also ridiculous. I could see paying on-parking for extra vehicles but one vehicle should be free. The condo was clean and very nice with a great view. No complaints with you as a host. Other than parking we absolutely loved our trip

Mediocre

It wasn’t as clean as expected, and a lot of little things need updating. It’s a lot smaller than photos depict, too. It was okay and suited our needs, but we felt it was overpriced for what it was.

Orange Beach Fun!

Nice place to stay for four adults… Like 4th floor living , property was clean and comfortable . Only draw back no one was at complex one hour after check in time to help get checked in … had to go two buildings over to complete process. Would stay there again!!

Got there at 4:45. Girl at desk said she clocks out at 5. Sent is to Phoenix 3 to check in. We stayed in Phoenix 1 so it was a hassle. Long drive. We were tired and hungry.

Great Vaca

Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Pros: right on water, tons of restaurants and shops nearby, clean. We loved the 24 hour on site security and people having to wear wristbands. Cons: very few cons but the main bedroom needs a new mattress. It was extremely uncomfortbale. Also, maybe include more than one dish tab for a week long stay and a few extra trash can liners. We appreciate you sharing your unit and look forward to coming back.

Property, area and unit overall very nice. My one issue is cleanliness. The floors were nasty...walking around in socks and bottoms were black. Also sand on furniture...sticks to your legs....needs a heavy duty cleaning...for the $$$ we put out I would expect ALOT better

What a wonderful girls trip

We had a wonderful time! The property was a little older but very taken care of. I got a text letting me know our room was ready with all of the door codes which made it so easy. I was aware of the parking pass however I thought $55 was a little high (I realize that is set by the property). The condo was very clean and the view was incredible. We had to call maintenance for a problem with the dryer and without 10 minutes they arrived. We thought it was fixed but towels took about 2 hours to dry. The kitchen was well stocked. Only one dish towel, but we made it work. We definitely will come back.

Relaxing Beach Retreat

This condo was clean and well-equipped. We loved the colors and casual beach decor. Also - we liked the balcony furniture and used it quite a bit. We walked to two restaurants, which were very close (if you don't mind crossing a busy street).

Very pretty condo! Updated and decor was so cute. Kitchen well stocked. Great view. Nice furniture. Comfortable beds. Kitchen is a little small but who cooks a lot on vacation! 🤷‍♀️❤️

Exceptional Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo and experience was great. Only criticism is when you cook the whole place smokes out because the ventilation is poor. The vent hood is pointless and this was an inconvenience because we cooked every night to save money. Other than that, it was an awesome place to vacay.
