The modern kitchen is equipped with all you need to whip up a gourmet meal or heat up some leftover pizza. Relax and enjoy the newly remodeled property with the most comfortable beds ever in the history of beds, lol. Gulfview is on Marco Island's famous crescent beach, conveniently close to shopping, dining, waterfront activities, parks, recreation facilities, and all the beautiful things Marco Island has to offer.

Great quiet beach stay!

The unit was updated, modern and had all of the conveniences you will need with a beautiful view of the beach. The building was great, easy to navigate the grounds and very close to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed the quiet private beach away from all of the noise. Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet beach vacation!

Total relaxation

What an enjoyable time! From the moment we arrived, until the time we left. The condo was so beautifully remodeled. Beds were comfortable. Attention to detail was spot on! Natalie the property mgr met us and gave us a personal tour of the entire condo. Made sure everything worked for us, regarding the key fobs. Having that made things so much easier. There was zero guess work. Bobby the owner created a text between him, Natalie and myself. Any questions I had were answered in impeccable time. We were so pleased with our stay. It felt like home away from home. Thank you so much Bobby, for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.

Great Location and Amenities

My young family and I enjoyed our stay at Robert’s condo. Many condos on Marco Island and surrounding Naples area are still undergoing construction post-hurricane, including this building. We were thankful for Robert’s place, despite the balcony not being available for use, as all units are being updated. We enjoyed the pickleball courts, beach walks, heated pool (82* average), and safety of the property. Parking was a little tricky when other tenants were not following the rules, but the on site manager was able to assist. The unit itself is small, but very quiet and accommodating to a small family. There are beach chairs, beach toys, beach cart, you name it ready to go! We appreciate the effort put forth by Robert to make our stay enjoyable. He was kind to work with!

Property is under construction

The condo itself is beautifully redone and clean and has everything you need for your stay. All new appliances and cooking utensils. The pool is warm and the beach and restaurants are close and within walking distance. Friendly complex. My stay would have been perfect but there is a major 3 year construction project going on that was not disclosed to us. Our balcony was removed and unusable, They were drywalling and painting the hallway which was a mess. It was very noisy and parking was an issue. I was refunded but did not feel it was enough compensation for all of the issues.

Wonderful week

The condo is TOTALLY renovated. Furnishings are lovely, care taken in chosing them to match the serene beach vibe. Host Robert and property manager Natalie easy to contact. Since I"ve been to Marco several times I knew exactly where I wanted to be. Take your beach bag and sunscreen, get the host provided beach chairs and walk out literally to the sugar-sand beach! The heated pool was wonderful. Proximity to all the fabulous restaurants within walking distance. If you are looking for a carefree, relaxing vacation, this condo offers it all! Thanks Robert and Natalie!

We had a nice time unit was really dated and needed a lot things that were notworking cinfi

The condo was really nice. View was spectacular and great location on the island. Unit definitely needed updating which the owner informed us he would be renovating and remodeling that summer. Owner was responsive and accommodating when ever anything came up. Super access to beach. Only downside was there was no food allowed at the pool.
