One of the most popular features in the condo are the spiral steps that lead out to beach and swimming pool. Located inside the condo are the new full size washer & dryer also very popular. Thank you so much for your feedback. I will work with our property management to correct anything from falling or being unsafe. The building under going the installation of new hurricane proof windows since Hurricane Irma hit Marco. As an owner we have pride in our condo and strive to ensure all parties enjoy their time.

Happy to hear that you enjoyed the condo and the added amenities that Unit 111 offers our guest that other unit at South Seas don't have. Like the spiral steps that lead out directly to pool and beach. The new washer and dryer that are located right INSIDE the condo for unlimited use at no additional cost to our guest. No waiting for elevators. The parking fee is highlighted in bold yellow and is the first item on the contract that you signed. Your family did parked 3 vehciles on the property. The South Seas Resort features a large heated pool, the rules are there for the safety & comfort of all the guest. We handle all the rentals ourselves. I have no idea what your saying "a renter did a walk through and took up your entire day." I do hope you where able to enjoy your family time together with your daughter and her family. You where wonderful guest. Happy you enjoyed our lovely condo. The full size new washer and dryer has been a giant plus for all our guest. Our guest are able to wash cloths along with beach and bath towels throughout their stay. The beach view is to left. You can actually see the beach from inside the condo from the Great room and the kitchen. The sunset in March is further north. The Tigertail beach area is wider than the south end of the island. What is nice about Tigertail beach is there is plenty of room for all. The south end of the island is very large groups of people with loud music & radios blasting. In front of South Seas there is plenty of room for everyone. The shelling on the north end of island or Tigertail Beach is great. You find many treasures while shelling.

You where great to work with and look forward to you and your family returning to our home that we rent so your able to bring your dog. The house is listed with VRBO #134000. Thanks Jackie

Happy you enjoyed the condo and you commented on the condition of the condo being well maintained. You and your family were great. I want to comment of the rates at the JW Marriot down the beach are $700+ a night and higher that is the summer rate not high season. You get 1 bedroom room and 1 bathroom. Thanks again for the five star.

Shelling is always good on Tigertail Beach area.

The birds will be able to have their nest without the beach flooding the eggs. We all look forward to are shorter walk to the water and can still enjoy all the shore birds.
