On Marco Island's beautiful crescent beach with unobstructed views of The city and Tiger Tail beach. Corner unit facing Gulf and privacy of Tiger Tail Beach with many windows, gorgeous sunsets, comfortably furnished, dining room table, breakfast bar, balcony off kitchen for sunrise coffee. Tiled living area, 2 well appointed bedrooms both with adjustable king beds, fully stocked kitchen, 3-50' screen smart TV's, , linens, towels, beach chairs. All set for you to enjoy your time in paradise.
Amenities of South Seas include heated pool, sun deck, private beach access, dockage available for rent, covered parking, fitness center, tennis, pickle ball, walking path around 55 acre grounds and elegant lobby. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Wonderful stay

We were there to get out of the cold weather at home . Beautiful weather all week! The condo had wonderful views from every window. It was immaculate, as shown in the pictures.

Great property in Marco Island!!

Excellent location, gorgeous views, wonderful hosts! We had a phenomenal week at Mark's condo. The place was pristine and it had everything we needed away from home. Most of all they were very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay at this rental again. Thanks Daffners!

Great views, clean, close to restaurants & shopping

First time using HomeAway and after this stay I would definitely use them again. Our condo was just as described! Mark was very accommodating met us at the unit and showed us everything. He also told us to call if we needed anything. Perfect host!

Perfect Condo!

We have just returned from two outstanding weeks at this wonderful condo on Marco Island! The condo was perfectly appointed and exceptionally clean.The views from the wrap around balcony were amazing. The pool and surrounding area were also very well maintained. The beach was incredible but be prepared to walk- although worth it! The Daffners were exceptionally accommodating and wonderful hosts. We would not hesitate to return to this lovely and special condo!

Awesome Place, Awesome Views, Awesome Owner

If you're looking for a comfortable, laid back vacation with incredible views, rent this condo! Marco Island is one of our very favorite places in the world. And we've stayed at South Seas Towers for a number of times. This stay convinced us that the north side of Tower 4 is the best. Looking at Tigertail Beach and to the north and west was just magical. The condo itself is nicely furnished and laid out. The owner aims to please and is easy-going, friendly and accommodating. There was a great list of recommended activities, restaurants and general information. All of the amenities are modern and up-to-date. You really will be impressed.

Beautiful beach, beautiful condo

Our family of 5 with kids ages 6, 7 and 10 just returned home from the best vacation we've ever had. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, extremely clean and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The unit had everything we needed plus more. The beach cart with attached cooler and chairs made getting to the beach easy. The kitchen is well stocked and the laundry is conveniently located just down the hall. Marco Island is gorgeous and the beach is family friendly. The residents in the building were so sweet to our kids. The entry to the condo itself is the last door on an outside walkway which not only gives you a corner unit with panoramic views but also eliminates any noise from passers by. Shelling at dawn on Tigertail beach is a memory our family will never forget as each of us found multiple sand dollars. The owner couldn't be more accommodating or easier to work with. We can't wait to go back next year!
