この完全に家具付きの美しい2ベッドルームユニットには、素敵なキッチンと、友人や家族と食事をするのに十分な部屋が備わっています。 カスタムの堅木張りのテーブル、パントリー、キャビネットには、コスタリカ風の雰囲気と快適なエリアがあり、食事を楽しんだり、ビーチで一日を過ごした後にリラックスしたりできます。

両方のベッドルームは2階にあります。マスターには快適なクイーンベッドがあり、客室には素敵なツインベッドが2つあります。 最大4人までお願いします。 ユニットには、他の多くのコンドミニアムにはない複数のアップグレードがあります（バックアップ給水タンクなど）。

Beautiful condo and grounds. Great location also quick walk to the beach and to town. Melina was a wonderful resource for many things and even helped us in a medical emergency. I can not say enough about what a great place this was to stay. Not to mention close to a wonderful coffee shop and tiny fresh fish restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay on my second visit to CoCo.

Simple Condo with pool access & near the beach

We were very pleased with our stay at this location. The condo was in excellent condition, with a binder outlining not only things to know about the condo, but also recommendations for eating & activities. A very short walk to restaurants & the beach, so close to come back in between. Only complaint is that we didn't book a longer stay.

Quiet and relaxing

Property was clean and well kept. It had everything we needed. Communication was great with property manager! She was helpful in where to find groceries and some nearby hiking. We went scuba diving and snorkeling. Early morning walks on Playa de Coco only a block away from the beach!

Wonderful

I was here for a couple days and the stay here was great. Melina, the property manager, was easy to get ahold of, and when I had an issue she got it fixed right away. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay close to the beach and any restaurants.

very nice place to stay

we only stayed a couple nights out there but it was great. The property manager was very nice and she helped us with getting there and also with transportation and activity to do around. The new year eve on the beach was a nice experience! Lastly, the neighborhood was very calm and people were very nice with us.

Good little unit.

Our stay at this property was overall fine. The unit was clean as described. However, it lacked all the basic amenities that makes it feel welcoming. We stayed in five other places during our trip to Costa Rica and all of them had the basic essentials you would want for a trip

I can't express in words the help Melina did to make our stay there as best as she could get it? I asked for transfers, transportation, transfers to another hotel 50 minutes away. She didn't hesitate, just made it happen. Stay here was great, 2 bdrm, 2 bth close to everything, very well maintained unit with very cold air conditioning and everything you'll need for your stay . Swimming pool right in front of the unit. Just a perfect spot . Once again, I really have to express my gratitude to Melina who literally took care of everything we needed and went over and beyond to make sure we were taking care of. Thank you Melina.

Condo great stay

Everything was very nice, host was super helpful in getting from airport to condo. She checked on us regularly, location within walking distance to beach and local restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Nice Quite Place to Stay

Nice place for a family stay. The location is on a quiet street and a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants and cafes and the pool was wonderful. Melina the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Regarding the listing description the water did go out as it says does happen occasionally, however the description says there is a back-up water tank - not sure if we needed to do something to get it to work but we did not have back-up water for a few hours. Also the 1-2 minute walk to the beach in the description is a bit ambitious - more like 5-6 minutes. Minor things, but just pointing them out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Coco Beach

The condo was as advertised and the manager Melina was very helpful through our stay. She provided transportation and assisted with excursions and she was very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommended if you plan on visiting CoCo Beach.

Relaxing week at Coco

My first impression was that we weren’t as close to the beach or the main town area of Coco as I had thought. However once we got the golf cart - the condo location didn’t matter as much. The condo was very clean but the kitchen is a bit small to cook a full dinner but is perfect for breakfast and snacks etc. The market close by is very convenient. Melina is super responsive and available to answer any questions. The other condo residents were very friendly. Overall this was a clean, affordable option.

Great Condo for family of 4!

We loved how clean the condo was and it was very close to the main strip in Coco Beach and the actual beach. It was perfect for our family. We rented a car and there was plenty of parking. The pool was clean and the other tenants were all very friendly. My daughter loved the sweet, gray cat that seemed to reside there. We would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to stay in this area.

Easy stay

The property is exactly as listed. The complex is close to the beach, and the community was accepting and kind. The property manager Melina was terrific. She responded quickly to any request, booked a tour for us and was very generous with all types of information. I highly recommend her.

This condo is very nice, comfortable and very easy on the budget compared to other properties in the area. The big draw to this condo is the great location that is close to the cafés, restaurants & of course Coco Beach!
Airport pick-up & drop-off for $60 each way if you prefer.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This condo has a backup water reserve tank so that if the water is shut off during the day for maintenance (which happens on occasion down there) you will not be affected because of your private reserve tank. Many other condos do not have this feature so you are at the mercy of the local utility company. Nothing is worse on vacation than coming home from the beach and not being able to take a shower before going out on the town for dinner. I also had a new hot water tank and new Air Condition unit installed as additional upgrades.
