Gorgeous. Excellent location! The view was amazing!

We came in town for a work event and to see family. The location was too cool. As we checked in, the Goodtimes 1 was pulling up, live music and all! Will stay here again!

Wonderful!

This is our third or fourth stay with this host. This time it was a different loft, but equally wonderful. We already have next year booked! Great, beautiful getaway! Would love to get an overnight in before next year. Very peaceful.

Super Stay in Sandusky

Mark’s Apartment at the Chesapeake Lofts was perfect for our family of four. The place was spotlessly clean and the location can’t be beat. Great views of Lake Erie and Cedar Point from the living room/terrace. Plenty of options for dining and drinks within walking distance from the apartment and Cedar Point is about a 10 minute drive away! We absolutely loved our trip to Sandusky and would highly recommend Mark’s place for your stay if visiting.

Fun in Sandusky

Nice space & clean! Felt very safe in the area. Worked well for family of 4. Enjoyed seeing the lake, pier, boats, and Cedar Point in background. Pool nice extra bonus.

Great Stay

We stayed here to celebrate my sisters Bachelorette party at PIB, the condo was clean and aesthetically pleasing also had a pleasant smell when entering. highly recommend we will be booking a trip yearly now.

Perfect place to stay in Sandusky, walking distance to so much

Easy to get over to Cedar point either other boat or a short drive. So many great restaurants to walk to. Condo was spotless and Mark so easy to work with. Thank you.

Cedar Point Getaway

Ended up booking this instead of a park hotel, and so glad I did Great location, lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the pool was fantastic after a hot day at Cedar Point. The residence was absolutely spotless and exactly as pictured online. Thank you for such a fun stay! (We didn't have any bedding for the sleeper sofa which we needed to use but luckily the kids had brought some sleeping bags.)

Amazing

This condo was fantastic as was the very quick communication with owner. There was a live band playing at the park so just open the windows and enjoy.

Great place to stay with a beautiful view of the lake and Cedar Point. Entertainment and dining are just steps away, as is the Jet Express boarding.

Perfect location, gorgeous condo!!

I would definitely recommend staying here, condo is just as pictured - very clean and updated. It was just a short drive to Cedar Point and close to nearby restaurants and shops. The owner was responsive before and during our stay. Can't wait to stay here again!!

The property is fantastic!!! Loved the pool and views! Beds are comfy! Easy 10 min ride to Cedar Point! Mark was fantastic, responded quickly with any questions. He even drove 2 hours on a Sunday at 11pm when the fire alarm sensor went off!! Rockin good rental!

Family getaway

The loft was very clean and in a great location. A wonderful veiw of the lake from the main room and balcony. Pool and spa were very nice bonuses. Parking was convenient and private in gated area. The loft is near museums and places to eat. Mark was responsive and quickly answered our questions.

HalloWeekends with the Fam

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We decided to book this condo instead of a hotel. It was worth it for the price which would have been similar to booking two rooms and we saved money being able to cook. The condo is very nice with an awesome view of the lake and you can also see Cedar Point across the lake. Of course driving to Cedar Point from here is very convenient. Mark was great with all the details we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and views!

The property was very nice. Easy parking and great communication with the owner. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool everyday. The bathrooms were nice and the beds very comfortable. Walking distance to everything downtown Sandusky which was great. The views of the sunrise over Cedar Point did not get old. Overall, a fantastic stay we’d recommend! Thank you.

great location-a few items need clarification

Stayed with group of older former teachers. Loved view, spacious condo. Could not find fob for pool. not noted on any of instruction papers. Found it around corner from entrance door on our way out. That location really needs to be included on the pool instruction sheet. The photos of condo showed an island with stools, which we had planned to use for our cocktail hour with snacks etc. Photos should be updated to reflect that the island is gone and a small table with chairs is there instead. The two instruction sheets need to be updated and laminated. The condo is very nice, but is lacking in end tables or a coffee table etc. Overall, we had a great time, but we just offer a few suggestions to improve the experience.

Great Weekend

Overall, this property is a great option for someone traveling to Sandusky. The condo is clean, has great TV options, a view of the boats (Goodtime and Jet Express) coming in and out of port, and is within walking distance of numerous shops/local places to eat. My family enjoyed having the condo conveniently located to all of the needs we had for the weekend. The only glitch that I had was related to the check in procedure. I messaged the property owner at 3:15 because I had not gotten check in information and I was getting close to Sandusky (when booking the property the owner indicated that access details would be provided between 3 and 4 pm). At 3:45, I still had not heard anything and I was in the Sandusky area. I called the number associated with the VRBO listing and received an automated response that the number had been changed or disconnected. I tried the other number associated with the listing and left a message (I did not get a return call from the number). I also tried to send an email and the email address did not auto populate. Finally, at 4:02, I received the check in information and I was able to successfully check in. While everything worked out okay, having this type of check in was not the best way to start a long weekend vacation.
