Omnia, a Miami native, is a Real Estate entrepreneur and Realtor for many years, she loves Architecture and Design, and delights in bringing light and beauty into the old and rundown gems that she has had the pleasure to bring back to life as the cozy spaces she offers here on Airbnb. She started out as an Artist and Filmmaker and fell in love with the unique, historic architecture in the central neighborhoods of the Design District and Wynwood Art District where she started her boutique apartment rental business at the age of 22. Ever since then she has been actively involved in Real Estate investing, managing, and restoring historic properties in her beloved Art District neighborhoods.

This Apartment is located between the two Miami Art Districts: Wynwood, the Street Art Capitol of the World, and the Famed Design District home of international cutting edge Fashion, Design, and Architecture. This is a Working class neighborhood and you may see some homes and cars that look rundown, however this is a safe, bustling, artistic neighborhood and if you are looking to be in the heart of the Art Scene and vibrant local hangouts amidst the creative community in Miami you have found the right place! Wynwood is very diverse, you will see people of all colors living side by side. That's why I love it! Super Close to Midtown, Design District, and the heart of Wynwood ; we are in the middle of all the hottest spots in the city. Also! This is a bustling urban area, there will be lots of planes flying overhead, you may hear loud music from neighbors, dogs barking, and/or roosters at dawn! This is part of the Miami urban vibe! I suggest getting out and wandering a little to take it all in. This is an awesome neighborhood for bicycles. Lots of great places in 5-10 minute rides. You can even ride to Miami Beach in about 25 minutes across the venetian causeway: a beautiful string of islands forming a landbridge.
