Property is centrally located near South beach, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Bayside, Wynwood, Downtown Miami, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Hard Rock Casino, Hard Rock Stadium, & Miami International Airport.

The guest suite is attached to my home. Guest will have access 1 BR/1BA completed private space with in-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate private entrance through the patio. Large back patio (Pool access). One queen size bed (sleep two), a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Wifi & TV with Roku. You will access to the community pool it's steps from your room & patio. 1 parking space available.

Great little room. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet and had easy access to the pool. Location had many eating options that were within walking distance as well.

The place was perfect!! It was me and my friend, perfect for just the two of us will most definitely book again!! Good neighborhood and people most definitely met some friends there as well and overall the place was a 10/10!

Yes all went well and the place was all i needed for the few days. I do recommend to do something about those roots in walkway to Apt. They are little dangerous, but otherwise all was perfect.

Awesome Spot, Super Chill Stay

Had a great time staying here. The location was spot on—tons of restaurants nearby and just a short stroll to Miami Lakes Main Street for shops and coffee. The place was super clean and comfy, felt right at home. The pool right off the back patio was clutch; great for cooling off and hanging out. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, no issues at all. Would 100% stay here again if I’m back in the area.

The studio was apart of someone townhouse in the back and the only entrance was a sliding patio door. Also as soon as you entered room it had a loud smell of mildew. I lost my money on this location.

Great secret getaway spot!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect—just minutes from great restaurants and all the charming shops on Miami Lakes Main Street. The home was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the pool, which was conveniently located right off the back patio—such a relaxing spot to unwind. Check-in and check-out were smooth and professional, which made everything even easier. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!Will definitely book again on another occasion!

TERRIBLE

There was a nasty dog at the property , the room smelled very badly!! There was dog hair all over the bed and we had to get another place to stay !!!

I would have preferred that it had hand soap ,Shampoo and soap as courtesy. Apartment entrance is just a sliding door not too safe. Very dark at night, there was no outdoor night light. Bed was very uncomfortable woke up with back pain. Other than that it was a ok stay.

It was a cute property, small and simple. The pool looked very lovely, but it was not open. It was in a nice neighborhood with food CVS within a mile.
