Pocono Adventures

Spacious, well appointed house on lovely property accomodated a large group of friends. Comfy beds and so many amenities, we thouroughly enjoyed the hot tub after white water rafting. So much to do in Jim Thorpe and surrounding area just a short drive away.Hosts were extremely gracious and a step ahead through entire process.

Best 70th birthday celebration!

Honestly, this was the most perfect house to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday! We had adults and kids ranging from 1.5 years old to 70 and everyone found something they loved about the house. There was nothing Olga did not think about and it made traveling with youngsters easy to have all we need right at our finger tips. I highly suggest staying here!!!

Wonderful Stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The pictures and description do not do this house justice. It was beautiful and very spacious! The house was very accommodating for a large group. Our small children very much enjoyed the property in the snow but I’m sure it’s even better with warmer weather. We would love to return!

Family fun

Having 7 adults and 6 kids all ages this house was amazing. It was big enough to still have privacy if wanted. We brought games and played in the game room the entire time. Plenty of room for everyone. House was spotless as well. Just beautiful.

Best Family Ski Trip

This was the perfect house for our 4 family ski trip:8 adults and all 7 of our grandchildren. The kids had the best time in the game room -all of them young and older. The hot tub was a welcomed respite after a day of skiing. The bedroom setups were perfect for all of us. If we ever head back up to Camelback to ski we will return to this home.

Great for kids

This was our second time at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first! This home is very kid-friendly and has a great set up. There are also many amenities close by. Our family had a blast!

very large and beautifully kept house with many extra supplies; host was very prompt in answering questions; layout of the house was very comfortable for 3 families to be separated with privacy; we've rented many houses in the Poconos and this one is the best by far

Awesome family stay!

Great location for all the Poconos has to offer, but no need to go anywhere with all the fun to have right at the house! Everything was as advertised and adults and kids both had a wonderful time.

Amazing house

The house was just like the pictures. There was so much for the kids to do. Inside and outside the kids had a blast. The house was nice and spacious for people doing different things. Everything worked we did have to contact someone once they answered right away and helped us instantly. Highly recommend will definitely be back!

Perfect house for us

Everything was great. Our family of 10 only wished we had more time to enjoy the house and the outdoor activities. Especially enjoyed the lake and the canoes. The house is huge with great sleeping options and a well equipped kitchen. Instructions were clear and Olga responds quickly to any questions you might have. Would recommend this house without any reservations.

Beautiful Home for any Getaway

Hosted my women’s retreat for my home church, and this home met every accommodation and MORE!! Truly exceeded our expectations!! The homeowner is very responsive and so helpful. Beautiful home and spacious!

Our stay was wonderful from the start. We had a party of 20 and you could not tell, the house looked empty. The only remark I have is we didn't have the house until the cleaning crew left at 5:15. Otherwise, for my first time renting a home , I would definitely do this again.

Long Pond Visit

Our stay at this home was wonderful! Our family of 8 adults and 5 children (ages 11 months to 13 years) had a great time with all the amenities supplied at this house! There were so many toys (ride on cars, play house, frisbees, scooter) for the kidlets, as well as "toys" for the adults (corn hole, horseshoes, air hockey, pool table, ping pong table, card table). The house was clean, neat and ready for company when we arrived. All information needed was furnished! We will definitely go back again for another fun-filled long weekend! :)

Absolutely beautiful home

This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed in. It was comfortable, clean and more than enough space for the 15 of us. It had ever kitchen item you would need to cook anything. Large skillets and large pots and pans The only thing missing in that kitchen was a chef! We never had to entertain the kids because they had more than enough to do in the game room and a big yard to run around in. The owner was very cordial. I spoke with Olga about a week or so before our arrival and she was very, very accommodating and just fun to talk to. My family was talking about where to go next year and my sister said I want to come right back here. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this place

Lovely spot and great house for a family stay

We had a family gathering here of folks from age 2-84. The house was spacious, and well equipped, and in great condition. Love the high ceilings in the living room. The host was extremely kind and responsive, which we really appreciated! The gameroom was fun, as was the hot tub, and the outdoor deck was great for hanging out. We cooked many big family meals and had lots of space for hanging out together. The area has nice lakes and hiking- great for outdoor activities in particular. The development where the house is located was great for taking strolls. There is lots of wildlife around. Just a note on accessibility in case anyone is traveling with a person with serious disabilities and mobility issues, I would note the house is workable but not necessarily ADA compliant and might have a couple challenging spots. Olga was very good about sending notes and even photos when we asked about various issues, and even added an extra ramp while we there (thank you!!). There are ramps to get in the front door, and the Master bedroom on main floor with connected bathroom; kitchen and dining room directly connected. There's a 6 inch step to get to the sunken living room on main floor (there is a portable ramp you can move around from the front door) and another step to get outside to main deck. There is only one shower that is not in a bathtub, and it has a 6 inch step up. It's also slippery when you get in- it would help to have grab bars. Overall great place!

Excellent Private Pocono Getaway

The property was perfect for a bunch of old friends scattered throughout the mid atlantic getting together. All the appliances, and facilities worked as expected. Both upstairs and downstairs had smart TVs which made it easy to throw on Netflix when it was raining. There was more than adequate bedding and bath towels, and plenty of space for the 13 of us who stayed there to never feel cramped. We would have liked to have used the outdoor firepit, but unfortunately rain prevented that from happening during our stay. We also didn't get a chance to try the hot tub, so I can't speak to that. I greatly appreciated the detailed instructions for trash and recycling, as I had no idea that the area was as strict at separating items as they were. Had there not been as many signs I likely wouldn't have taken my sorting quite as seriously and would have had a very unpleasant time at the recycling center! The only negative we found was that the basement common area gets extremely hot and humid (especially the game room) when everyone is down there at once. To the home owners' credit, there are multiple large dehumidifiers in the basement, but frankly I don't know if our friends had the wherewithal to ever actually turn them on (I slept upstairs). Overall it was an excellent stay, and if we decide to do this trip again in the future we will definitely look to see if this house is available first.

Privacy on over 2.5 acres. Beautiful landscaped property with waterfall and lit up koi pond surrounded by woods. It is luxurious and spacious. 6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath and 2 fireplaces.
