Best Family Vacation Spot

We had an amazing time at this property! It is a perfect spot for families with small children, a 3 min walk to the beach, very close to mini- golf courses, restaurants & shopping and inflatable park was a lot of fun too!! The bathroom is on the smaller side, so definitely take advantage of the outside shower, we never took one inside again afterwards!

great location, everything we were looking for

As advertised & just what we were looking for. a really nice location -- close to everything -- off Rt. 28 yet on a remarkably quiet road/neighborhood & near a quiet beach. It's a house that has the old time charm associated with the Cape but with a modern/SMART TV

Great holiday house

This little holiday house was great for our family - (2 adults and 2 teenage girls) the house is so cute, the open plan living is nice, fairly spacious, and comfortable, (except the queen bed mattress - which we found was a bit to firm for our liking) it had everything we needed, including essentials - (washing up liquid, soap, toilet rolls etc) which was much appreciated & helpful. The location was great - very central on the cape & just a 100m from the beach in a peaceful and quiet area. The communication was great from start to finish and we had a lovely week here.

family and friends cape vacation

Pros: Great location/neighborhood, great outdoor seating areas, access to beach chairs, bikes toys in the shed, Cons: The only real con was that the house wasn't as clean as we would expect upon arrival. There was sand and sunflower seed shells on the floors, and some of the kitchen pots and pans still had food residue from a previous guest. Overall great vacation. House has access to many of the Cape's greatest attractions.

Great location and hosts!

Great location- centra to many cape beaches and attractions as well as walkable to the cutest little beach perfect for young kids. The hosts were so helpful and responsive and checked in often during our stay to make sure everything was good. Loved the living area and kitchen space and outdoor amenities as well. Just wanted to note that the 4th sleeper (trundle bed) can not actually fit a person to sleep on in the room it is in- it doesn’t have enough space to pull all the way out so this was a bit of an issue for my 3 kids who were all too afraid to sleep on the top bunk bed!

Great location

First I must say communication with the hosts was excellent. We lost power at the rental and I contacted Tom, he quickly responded. We figured out it was a neighborhood outage and he was able to notify me about the outage time. I also had left some items behind and was able to coordinate with Mona a time to collect all my things. the property was in a great location. There is a small beach one street away, good for small kids. It’s a very short drive or bike ride to Seagull beach. This house was good for our family of 3. The living area is great. Rooms and bathroom are a little small, but the outdoor shower is great! All in all, it was perfect for our needs.

Home away from home

We had a great stay with our two kids 8 and 1. The house clean on arrival, had everything we needed, and we loved how close the beach was to the house. The check in process was easy and the host was readily available for any questions. We will definitely be booking another stay!

Great location and perfect place

We had a great stay with our four young kids. House is adorable and well kept with everything we needed. Kids loved the back yard and games. Quick walk to the beach which was also a great quiet spot for them to play. Would absolutely stay again!

Great Cape House Getaway

The 'Casper House' is a great spot located a very short walk to a public beach. The rest of the mid-Cape is within reach with easy access to Routes 28, 6, and 6A. I definitely recommend any family or small group to rent this spot for a wonderful vacation in the Cape.

Great House & Location!

We traveled to the Cape for our daughter’s dance competition. We decided to make it a family vacation children ages 14,9,6. The house was clean and perfectly accommodated our family of 5. Short walk to the beach, we were surprised it wasn’t crowded! Outdoor shower was great to rinse off the sand and having a washer & dryer was a bonus. Owners checked in via the app during our stay. My only suggestion would be to update the bedroom TVs. We will definitely rent again next dance competition!!

Great Cape Cod Location

Great Cape Cod location. Short walk to beach. Easy drive to many of the summer league baseball games. Place came as advertised and was perfect for my wife and I. Communication with owners was easy. Smooth check-in process.

Cape Casper

This was our second time staying and we enjoy how close to the beach this home is. The bay is perfect for our family as we have small children and they aren’t toppled by waves all day. We were comfortable in the home and fit nicely.

Wonderful House!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful my time in this beautiful home was. It is very comfortably furnished and you won’t want for anything in or outside of the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools to cook. The outdoor shower is a highlight with amazing water pressure. The neighborhood is beautiful for strolls to the beach and biking is easy from the house. Mona and Tom were very responsive to any questions and take great care of their cottage!

Relaxation in Yarmouth

We loved this spacious cottage. It was perfect for us. While the wonderful outdoor space and outdoor shower were the highlights, everything was provided inside too and we were very comfortable here. We walked to the beach down the street and drove several times to Seagull beach, perhaps five minutes away. Great neighborhood, great cottage and owner responded to all of my emails quickly.

Ideal for family of 4-5

Nice open setup gave us enough indoor space on rainy days. Nice backyard for outdoor games and grilling. The outdoor shower is awesome. Quiet area, short walk to beach. Landlord was accommodating and answered all our questions.

Very nice house, conveniently located near the beach

The house is very nice and very clean. The owner made sure we had a smooth check in and had everything we need in the house. Perfect stay. We'll definitely be back in the future.

Second year at Mona and Tom’s!

This was our second year staying in Mona and Toms house and once again we were so glad we did. It felt like coming home! The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach and short drive to 28 and anything you could need. We hope to return again for a third year!
