Amazing Ocean View

The property was amazing - great view of the ocean and beautiful decor. Although the condo is on the main highway, the waves drown out any traffic noise and are very soothing. The condos were both well equipped for any cooking you may want to do and there is a grocery store in very close proximity. Gloria was a great host and responded immediately to all of my messages. She was very responsive and we were able to check in early which was really nice. I would highly recommend staying here when in Ensenada!

Total relaxation, a time to be pampered.

From the very beginning with our communication our host made everything abundantly clear and was terribly kind. The best part is that her parents who are our age are downstairs. Fantastic beach house in Ensenada

First, the bad. The water pressure in both showers was fairly low. However, I think that most of Baja California suffers from that. The hot water also runs out very quickly. Luckily, those are the only two things wrong with this new beach house that is right on the water. The location is great, the house was very clean and updated, and it was just about perfect. We will definitely be back.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PROPERTY AND SUCH A SWEET HOST FAMILY

This house is amazing! We had such a comfortable stay and it is literally right on the ocean w floor to ceiling windows in every room on the ocean side. Every appliance and every aspect of the house is brand new works perfectly. The host family could not be more helpful and sweet. They made us feel like family and were immediately responsive to anything and everything that we needed. They provided us with their favorite places to eat near the house and went above and beyond to make us feel at home and welcome in their Oasis. Thank you so very much Gloria and family. Clean and modern. Overpriced and noisy.

The place was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. And the road noise was a real issue. I was told that there was a king size bed and that was not true. The place is new and clean and has a great view. But that’s about it. The pictures are deceiving. After looking back at the pictures it appears that they are of both properties so it looks bigger than it is. I guess the place was just overpriced.

Dear Milan, I am very sorry to hear your experience at Oceano Azul was so far distant from what all of our other guests have experienced. I understand the road noise, the size of the property, the size bed and the price were not to your like. I appreciate your opinion on street noise level very much and together with my property manager will seek alternatives to minimize the road noise inside the property for the comfort of our guests. The pictures presented in the website do showcase rooms from both bungalows as stated in the property description not to deceive our guests but to show images of different rooms our guest can appreciate. Furniture is constantly moved around between both properties and I apologize if you were looking forward to having a king size bed and received a queen size bed instead. We are constantly taking opportunities to improve our service and will certainly make it a point to offer specifics on bed size, and property square footage to help our guests decide when comparing properties if Oceano Azul is the right place for them to stay. I am very glad to hear you enjoyed the breathtaking views and the cleanliness of the property. This is a very special property and we take pride in maintaining it and keeping at its best to share with family and friends. Great accommodations with an amazing view!

Casa Oceano Azul was an amazing stay for our group of 4 adults. Communications with the owners was always prompt and thoughtful. They were accommodating to all our reasonable requests and helpful with recommendations. The Mexican hospitality shined through! The property was very clean with modern tasteful decor. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals we prepared at the home. All the kitchen appliances worked well. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. All the air conditioners kept us cool at night. The calm of the ocean views and the comfort of our accommodations will make it very hard to stay any where else in Ensenada. We will be back and fill very fortunate to have book this property for our first visit to Ensenada. Thank you!!

A Pleasant Surprise

Casa Océano Azul was located 1-2km outside of Ensenada on the main highway stretch. The ocean view is everything advertised and more. There's a bottle of wine from the local Bartlott vineyard, which is worth a drink and a few hours exploring. Lastly, Gloria, the owner and host, is a lovely person so talk to her if you get a chance. Would highly recommend!

BEST PLACE IN ENSENADA!

DO NOT LET SOMEONE ELSE BOOK THIS HOUSE BEFORE YOU! Casa Oceana was the perfect spot. It was very safe, everything was as described or better, communication went very smooth and even when we had one small issue, the owners and caretakers came over IMMEDIATELY. Gloria is awesome and we are already getting ready to book dates for our two other trips down there this year!
