コンドミニアムはテソロロスカボスにあります。 プライベートベッドルームとバスルームが1室ある1,000 SFです。 寝室には整理整頓のためのビルトインがあります。 簡易キッチンには小さな冷蔵庫とバーナーがあり、たくさんの収納があります。 リビングルームのソファはベッドに折り畳まれます。 大きな窓は自然光を取り入れます。 屋内での喫煙は禁止されていますが、共有パティオで喫煙できます。 たばこの吸い殻やその他の廃棄物に注意してください。
路外駐車場あり。 コンドミニアムは非常に歩きやすいエリアにあります。 または、主要道路からタクシーに乗ることができます。

Nice Spacious Basic place, great central location and very helpful owners.

This is a very nice, basic place and very centrally located. It is not fancy, but is very clean and spacious, and has a separate bedroom with a pullout sofa bed in the living room. It was great for two of us, and would also be good for a couple with one or two kids that could sleep on the sofa bed or two friends travelling together that wanted separate sleeping areas. Centrally located at the Tesoro hotel complex with easy walk to everything in Cabo. The hotel pool can be used for a daily fee but we did not use it as went to the beach instead. The entrance is through a locked gate in the complex and this unit has a metal security door also, so is very secure for anyone worried about that in Cabo. The only major drawback was that there is no actual door to the bathroom, just curtains at the two bathroom entrances (one from the kitchen, one from the bedroom), so not a lot of privacy when taking care of business! The kitchen area is small, but there was no eating table at all. There is room for a small bistro-style eating table and 3 or 4 stools/chairs so hopefully the owner will add those. There was a coffee maker and a toaster oven/broiler that we used, but we thought a small microwave would have been better. There was also a 2-burner electric hot plate in the cupboard that someone could use to fry food or boil water, and pots/pans were there as well as dishes and silverware. The small refrigerator had a separate freezer on top that kept ice frozen well and readily available. We had just a couple minor issues/questions in first 2 days and Kasi (Owner) was quick to respond to those. Wi-fi did not work the last 2 days we were there but Kasi was trying to get it fixed. This is somewhat common in Cabo though, so not completely unexpected and sometimes out of the owners control . I come to Cabo 3-4 times a year and prefer to stay in more basic places and spend my money on doing things, rather than a fancy hotel, and this place was excellent for that purpose. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for being an attentive owner Kasi!

Perfect for a couple

This was the perfect spot for us. The bungalow is very clean, the air worked well and the owners are top notch. We will definitely stay here again. It is within walking distance of the marina and downtown.

Good value for prime location!

Location was perfect. Bungalow was quaint with ample room. Very secure. Steps away from marina. Great buffet breakfast on top patio with great view. As others stated, there are no bathroom doors, so if you are staying with someone you aren't completely comfortable with, be prepared to not be shy! Owner is very reponsive!

Our condo is in the heart of Downtown Cabo San Lucas, where the action is just steps away. We love how walkable everything is, from the Marina and Medano Beach to cafés, restaurants, nightlife, and local shops. The neighborhood has a vibrant energy during the day and a lively, fun atmosphere at night. It’s also quiet enough in the condo area for relaxing after a day exploring.

Bungalow 52 offers a cozy, bright retreat in a highly central location. Big windows fill the space with natural light, and the living room sofa folds out into a bed for extra guests. The kitchenette is practical with a small fridge, burner, and plenty of storage. Guests enjoy a shared patio, access to concierge and security services, and easy walkable access to beaches, restaurants, and the Marina. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and a true Cabo experience!
