Just a quick note: we kindly ask that guests avoid storing ski and snowboard equipment inside the condo, as it tends to damage the walls. There is a secure storage room on the 5th floor designated for this purpose. I personally lived at Iron Horse for 12 years and (knock on wood!) have never heard of any equipment going missing from that area. While we understand it might be more convenient to have locks provided, we've had challenges just keeping track of parking passes. Adding locks to that list has proven difficult, as guests often forget to return them, which becomes a bit of a logistical headache for our staff to manage. It sounds like the setup may not have been the best fit for your needs, and I completely understand if you choose a different property on your next visit to Winter Park. Either way, we appreciate you staying with us and wish you all the best in your future travels!
