Do not stay here. Took 10 minutes to get noticed in the lobby even though there were 3 free agents. We were not told the ac was not working in the hotel. Our first assigned room (on the 2nd floor) was not cleaned, and it took them almost an hour to assign a "temporary" room on the first-floor util the next day when they would have the staff to clean the 2nd floor room. We were not offered a parking pass even though one was included in our package. The owners of the unit had to intervene with hotel staff on our behave to have them issue us a pass. The AC units were poorly installed and didn't work well. After a terrible night sleep with AC units leaking and cutting out, we went to a tennis event. It was there that I received a call from hotel staff our 2nd floor room was cleaned and ready and that we had 20 minutes to move or forfeit the 2nd floor room. My husband raced over to handle the situation but it took 2 hours out of his vacation to deal with rude staff telling him we can't have portable ac units on the 2nd floor since there were none left. All of this nonsense could have been avoided if the staff had communicated clearly from the start. It was not a good experience as other VRBO rentals have been. We checked out instead of staying at this property so that we could enjoy the remainder of our vacation. I feel we should get a refund for fees we paid through VRBO for this debacle.
