All of the vents and AC room were covered in mold. The staff and office resolved our concerns by relocating us, but it did take a few hours to verify our issue and get a new house.

Nice property

This was a great stay for us, yes it was out of the business of downtown, but still in a comfortable driving distance. Backyard was enjoyable and pool would have been nice if the weather was warmer (stayed in April).

Great House

Great property, just like the description. Very comfortable and central location. Nice neighborhood, very quiet and close to lots of shops, restaurants and events. Easy to get to and centrally located. I'd def stay there again!

Great stay! Loved the pool!

Asher was very helpful and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. The property was easy to find and check-in was super easy. The pool was by far the best part, especially in the Texas summer heat!

Great House and Location

This house was a perfect fit for our family! My kids enjoyed the pool. The house was very clean and the host was very helpful/attentive. We will definitely stay here again next time we stay in Richardson.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was great for our family. We needed to be able to work and start school as we transitioned through a cross country move. The pool was my kids favorite!

Very nicely remodeled home in a cute neighborhood. The house was very clean and had all the things we required. Asher was always very polite and responsive when we messaged back and forth. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanks giving

Rented this home for a week visiting family in the plano area. Home is exactly as it is shown. The yard is large and fendced in so our pups had a place to run. The home was well suited for our visit. The Kitchen was equipped well enough that we were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. We had a great stay. The location worked well as everything we needed or went to see was 20-30 minutes away. Thank you for a great stay. we will rent here again.

Excellent Stay

Where do I start. We loved everything about this house. The pool, the outside movie screen, the neighborhood, the grill. I mean what more do I have to say. They did a great job messaging back when I had questions. It was just a great time. Me being a cook, I enjoyed the kitchen and the counter space

Good family accommodations

Needed pet friendly accommodations while some renovations were being done in our home. The dogs loved the secure yard. The neighborhood was friendly, quiet and close to so many restaurants and shopping. We didn't get a chance to use the pool because there were wasps. But the management had an appointment wuth an exterminator within an hour of being notified. We would stay in this home again in the future.

Great Location, Terrific Host Communication

This is a cute bungalow type house, north central to the metro with easy access to 75 and 635. Fun stuff to do in the neighborhood that was free. Only issue was my check in email was buried in my spam box, but a call straightened it out immediately. Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfy, linens excellent. I'm sure the backyard is a blast in the summer. The host company kept in close contact without being intrusive. The fenced yard made it easy for me to have my dogs with us, which cinched our stay here.

I would describe it more as a standard retreat. We didn't use the outdoor Cinema; we were not sure how to use it. We did not use the grill. The property could use a little bit more TLC. If traveling with seniors the beds are lower and the tub does not have any non-slip strips. Just a general FYI. The garage was a great asset, but it is narrow. The deck has quite a few tripping hazards. There are no drinking glasses, only cups. At least I could not find them. The kitchen chairs were not that comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. If you have smaller dogs, there are some gaps in the fence line to be mindful of and gaps under deck and shed. The outdoor chairs could use some chair pads, and the hammock had indication of mold. As mentioned, the property as a lot of potential and would not currently be seen as luxurious or upscale. This location met our needs of seeing family in the area.

Watch out for property management group - fees, etc.

This is not a luxury property but it was clean. After booking and paying non-refundable fees via Vrbo, the property management firm demanded identification and more fees. The check in process is ridiculously long and unfair. Pool filter did not work. Bed in bunkhouse is unusable.
