The 'Villa Augustus "is located in the historic center of Bracciano Lake, an ancient town located on the shores of Lake Bracciano.
The Villa has a large garden with lawn and tall trees which offers a panoramic view of the lake and downtown alleys.
The Villa has 4 double bedrooms equipped with 32 LCD TV, wi-fi, air conditioning and a private bathroom. Each room overlooks the garden and has a view of the lake.
The Villa has a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. Downstairs are the premises for a laundry equipped with 2 washing machines and dryers.
The Villa is located in an ideal location for trips and excursions. Place for those who want to relax and unwind and for those who want to visit the artistic treasures of the Region: among the attractions of the area, a few minutes drive, you can reach the Odescalchi Castle in Bracciano, the Historical Museum of the Air Force to Vigna di Valle, the Etruscan necropolis of Cerveteri, the racing circuit of Vallelunga, a boat cruise on Lake Bracciano with a visit to the towns of Bracciano and Trevor, the nature reserve of Lake Martignano.

The Villa is always been of my family, it was built by my grandparents on thier land and handed on by generation. In this Villa my father was born and grew up, he lived there. In 2013 the Villa was completely renovated leaving the old structure the same

Comfortably sitting on the sofa of the living room inside the Villa or sitting on the sofa outside, on the patio, you can see everything that happens in the historical center of Anguillara: the ferry boat that connects Anguillara Bracciano and Trevignano, the sunday market, the feast of fish, the feast of the saint patron, the fireworks on August 15th, the procession for the Madonna delle Grazie, the saling boat race. Under the patio the pizza oven always ready to make some pizza
