I’m very sorry your stay included a broken bedroom fan, a damaged toilet/tank and concerns about the cleaning fee and listing accuracy — that’s not the experience we aim to provide. I’ve escalated this to our operations and owner for immediate review: - Schedule maintenance to inspect and repair/replace the bedroom fan and the cracked toilet tank. - Deep-clean and inspect the bathrooms, replace any broken fixtures (toilet roll holder) and restock supplies. - Review the cleaning fee and our pricing against comparable listings. - Confirm the listing’s photos and description (harbor vs. ocean view, beachfront language) and update anything that could be misleading. Please send photos or any additional details through your Vrbo message thread so we can document everything and follow up. We’ll review your stay for appropriate compensation once the investigation is complete. Again, I’m sorry for how this impacted your visit and appreciate the feedback.
