私たちの美しいウォーターフロント2ベッドルーム2バスルームのコンドミニアムは快適に5人のゲストを収容するでしょう。マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズベッド1台、ウォークインクローゼット付きの独立したバスルーム、およびバルコニーへの扉があります。もう一方のバスルームにはフルサイズのベッドと二段ベッドがあります。リビングルームにはソファ、リクライニングチェア2脚、薄型テレビがあります。バルコニーには真新しいパティオ家具セットがあります。

Relaxing Summer weekend

Spacious, fully furnished, clean place with wonderful views and great location. Definitely would recommend as a place to stay to enjoy the area.

Nice stay at a nice location

Condo was in a great location and very nice. It was clean, beds were comfortable and deck was nice to sit out on. Had everything we needed. One thing we weren't aware of is that there is nowhere to actually get into the lake without having a boat. There's no swimming off the docks and there's no beach to access the water.

Great place and location!

We had a fantastic time at this condo! Everything was just as it is described on the listing. The main channel view is awesome and yet not so close that the sound from the boats is too loud. Turtles were fun to watch and we loved how quiet the entire complex was. I’m not sure we heard more than five people and never heard anyone in the stairwell. It is great to watch the boats come in and out of the docks. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

Annual getaway.

Condo was described accurately. Came with a slip but ended up not using it as we were given a larger one from our other friends who are down there. Condo is in a great location to everything. Highly recommend it and will probably be booking more future stays as we have friends at Emerald. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place!! -SP & TP.

Love Lake Life!

If you love lake life as much as our family, you’ll love staying here -right on the water at the best location on Horseshoe Bend! Both bedrooms are large; the living room is roomy & the balcony is huge! Listen to waves hit the shore & feed the turtles & fish from balcony! Lake view from swimming pool next door is incredible. You never have to leave but if you want to, there are boat rentals at Leisure Lake Charters at Lodge of the Four Seasons & great restaurants like Baxter’s & Lil’ Rizzo’s. I worked at the lake 4 summers thru college, 1976-1979 & love the location of this condo! We will definitely stay here again! Marcia Fernandina Beach FL

Review

It’s certainly w rental property but understandable in today’s world. Deck is lopsided and the dock can be rough. Condo was adequate for what we needed. Washer and dryer don’t work well enough to use. Property was in a great location. I feel the price is over market, but I would feel comfortable staying again.

Convenient location on water

Condo was spacious and clean. It is dated some, but clean. The master bed mattress was really bad. It sloped towards the middle and you felt every movement. The boat slip is not setup for bass boats, but larger pontoons or ski boats. It has exposed metal pipe on the sides that can gouge/scratch your boat if you get under them. The owner needs to replace the plastic bumpers with ones that go all the way to the water. The unit has a great view of the main channel and it was very quiet in the complex.

Great Location!

Condo was clean and well-described. The porch is perfect for coffee in the morning and board games at night. We did not turn on the TVs once! We really enjoyed watching the turtles, fish, ducks, and the lone muskrat. There are two pools on property but only one was filled. We used the tennis court to play pickle ball. It is advertised with a boat slip and the owner gave us the information to use it but we saw in the clubhouse the printed rules for the HOA and it said that use of boat slips by non-owners could result in a $500 fine, so we felt a little sneaky... The only thing that would prevent us from staying here again is the master mattress; it sinks in the middle quite a bit and we found ourselves fighting that incline every night. Overall, great family time!
