Exceptional place to stay

Everything was as advertised, Property Manager was wonderful. We traveled there to complete arrangements for a wedding we booked for our daughter in October at the Oyster Creek Farm. We rented a golf cart which was fun to cruise around town. The home was clean. had plenty of amenities. It was a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed it very much. This is a great place to stay!!!

Family Wedding

Rented this and 2 others for family wedding. Neighborhood is wonderful and the house was perfect for us. We had 6 in our party. The home had all the supplies we needed for large breakfasts and dinner, Thank you!!

When can we return!

We returned to this rental property because the owner are consistent in maintaining this beautifully organized and decorated clean condo . We enjoyed being so close to the pool, appreciated the use of the garage to store our bikes and all the thought that has gone into the details of this rental property. When we closed the door to leave we both looked at one another and said.."when can we come back."

Needs updating

Not worth the $400 + a night they are charging. Everything needs updating, the grill doesn’t work, tvs and cable boxes, DVRs are at least 12 years old, kitchen pots, pans etc in dismal shape. Beds are uncomfortable and linens are sub par. It could be a cute place with the right updates and decor.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Cape Charles every year we always stay in one of the Bay Creek condos. Last year was perfect, this year our condo was not as aesthetically pleasing as last year’s which is fine explains why the price per night was a lot less however we entered the unit at check-in immediately you could tell that this condo had not been occupied and sometimes it smelt very “stale” it was quite a strong odor. There is no way that this place has been cleaned or even walked through by somebody prior to us arriving There was no cleaning supplies in the unit so I had to go buy my own to freshen up the entire unit I had to buy candles The refrigerator was dirty I had to clean the entire refrigerator Before some checks and somebody should’ve at least went to the unit opened up the doors may be didn’t walk around and wipe down surfaces I sent several emails to Latosha with Baycreek voice in my concern and demanding I’m not be charged for a cleaning fee because there’s no way it was clean before we checked in I never received a response at all or a call However I did get a email after check out that we had left behind an item Very unprofessional if people are going to rent their units there needs to be some kind of maintenance done in between people checking in and out

On the 2nd morning of a 5 night visit, I noticed fresh mouse excrement In the kitchen and pantry. We did not cook in the unit.. The rental co responded promptly to set traps and I never saw anything else. That said, numerous crumbs and food scraps were present on the dining rm table when we arrived. Overall, I felt the unit was tidy, but the primary BR shower may require a deep clean. Similarly, the kitchen and DR table could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly.

Relaxing girls weekend

This was a wonderful place to spend a chill girls weekend (30 YOs) in Cape Charles. This was our first time to the Eastern Shore and to Cape Charles in general and we could not have been more thrilled with our choice of accommodation. No one in our party golfs but the the Bay Creek Golf Resort offered so many other perks for our groups. We have some early risers who like to go for morning walks and the property was beautiful and safe for groups or singles to walk around. We also took advantage of the pools and private beach access on the property while we visited and both exceed expectations. Neither were crowded and everything was clean and well-maintained. This condo also exceeded expectations and I found it to be much bigger in person than it appeared in the photos. We were able to fit 3 cars (1 in garage and 2 in driveway) at the condo and all 6 of us slept comfortably. There were games, plenty of supplies for cooking in the kitchen, and it was walkable to one of the pools on the Bay Creek Property. We would suggest bringing extra towels (extra shower towels and your own pool towels) and pillows if you have a full group staying. I would definitely return with friends, my husband, or a big family group as both the condo and Bay Creek Property served a variety of needs for fun. Some in our group thought it was a bit too sleepy for their beach vacay but if you are looking to chill, this is the spot for you!

One family in our group was reported because we gathered to eat dinner together in their drive way. We were very conscientious about the owners that live there by going to our own condos by 9:30pm. That same family had to move to another condo with two children under the age of 2 because the HVAC system went out. Our condo had very old pots and pans that made it difficult to cook with. We love the area and we spent a lot of money in your community but we are not sure we will return there for our October trip.

Wonderful Week in BayCreek!

We had wonderful family vacation in Bay Creek and loved the condo so very much. It had everything we needed for a delightful and comfortable week and everything was perfect for my nephew who is in a wheelchair. He was able to move about the condo with ease, enter and exit easily through the front door and enjoy all of the amenities Bay Creek offers. My husband and I having visited the community several times before decided this would be the perfect vacation spot for our family especially my nephew. The staff at the swimming pool/fitness center were fantastic with my nephew, too! Plus, the town of Cape Charles is lovely and very accessible to folks with mobility limitations. Thank you for a wonderful week! We'll be back next summer!

We were very pleased with the size of the unit, its layout and the furnishings. We could not have expected more. The kitchen was especially well appointed and the closets in the three bedrooms were huge. The unit was very quiet and just a short golf cart ride from the beach and the large pool at the Life Center. We were also across the street from another pool. We were not aware that there was also a single car garage attached to the unit. We spent many hours at the beach and the pools and would have taken advantage of the spectacular golf courses if our stay was a little longer. We recommend the property highly.
