Enjoyed our stay after we finally got there. They said not to rely on GPS maps, and to follow their written directions. Turned out those were not well written at all, and we spent probably 30-45 minutes looking for this place. Finally had to call them and they talked us through to getting there. After that, it was easy to go to/from. All they need to do is re-write the exact directions!Outdoor Grill not working.Playground structure (wooden) needs attention.Wall to wall carpeting inside seems older and grungy.Otherwise, loved the peaceful neighborhood and the amazing view. Had deer visiting twice during our stay. Bozeman fairly close by.

The location of this house was perfect, with ample chairs for viewing the surrounding fields and mountains. It was very peaceful. The house itself was spacious, with a lot of nice touches like a well-stocked kitchen and lots of closet space. Unlike most vrbos I've stayed in, there was plenty of dishwashing liquid, paper towels, kleenex. I would love to come back here!

Black Bear Ranch - Excellent

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Black Bear Ranch. We had four couples and a single and the ranch easily handled us with plenty of room and good sized bedrooms and plenty of full bathrooms. The main room was a great place to hang out at night with everyone. The pictures of the main room in VRBO do not do it justice. Many of us took advantage of the hot tub. Every morning we were visited by several deer. It was an easy drive to downtown Boseman. All in all we would highly recommend the Black Bear Ranch to anyone.

Really great property. The only drawback from a summer stay is the lack of air conditioning. Many nights it cools off substantially, but the late afternoons and evenings can be pretty brutal. Overall an excellent place to stay.

A special place in every way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was so well situated - looking at the Bridgers every day, all day! And the house was so welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/dishes, etc. We wanted for nothing. Seeing wildlife (deer and turkeys mostly) was a highlight for our toddler grandchild. I would highly recommend the property!

Lovely quiet home

Very nice spacious house, everyone in my family had lots of room, and there is a nice big kitchen, well stocked with appliances. Beautiful views of the bridgers, very close to Hyalite, lots of open space surrounding the house, and we enjoyed the hot tub during the snowy evenings. The internet was a tad slow when everyone was signed on, so if people need to access It for work, that may be a consideration, but since most of us were vacationing, it didn't bother us. Thank you for a great stay!

Great home to stay in.

We had family fly in from all over the country for Thanksgiving. There was plenty of room to do everything we wanted. The fireplace was a huge hit and made it feel very comfortable. The house is great and we had a great time and stay.

Great home for a large groups

House was great for our large group- 3 families and a grandparents. Lots of space to be together in the kitchen and outside. Kids loved the hot tub and yard. Great proximity to hikes, downtown Bozeman, airport, excursions, etc. Highly recommend!

Wedding House

Wow! This was the most amazing home! Our daughter got married at the Hart Ranch 15 minutes away and our family and friends fit perfectly in this spacious house. We were able to accommodate everyone and enjoy the back yard and our grandkids loved the play set, hot tub and we hooked up a slip n slide! For the size of the house I would only suggest another refrigerator in the garage for overflow. The ice maker was Awesome! The weather was hot and I was afraid with no air conditioning it would be uncomfortable, however it was not with as many windows in the house! We would recommend the home for large groups/ families. Only 15 minutes to Bozeman proper! Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect for a large fam. gathering

We all really enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for kitchen utensils. All in all it was great, however, the downstairs heat didn't work as the thermostat was broken nor could we get the gas fireplace to work. Also, the ice maker wasn't hooked up to water apparently as it didn’t make ice. That said the home was really lovely and the view spectacular. We would rent this home again. Ps. the housekeepers could have been a tad better,. We found items under the bed of 1 room & some uncooked spaghetti on the floor under the stove.

Christmas Ski Trip

Well stocked, spacious home for our 2 families. We thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen/dining/living room area that made the perfect hub for activity. Beautiful views of the Bridger Range from front porch and in a nice neighborhood away from town. Only downside is most shopping/conveniences are about 15-20 minutes away. If you plan to ski both Bridger Bowl and Big Sky, this house is ideally located between both resorts.

Great property and great location

Property was fantastic. Two items of feedback. The kitchen faucet was very loose where it attaches to the counter and was difficult to operate. Also, would be nice if a Kuerig machine could be provided as it's much more convenient for coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc.

Beautiful home

This was a wonderful vacation! There was 13 of us and we all had a blast. We had deer grazing on the lawn almost everyday. That was a treat for the kids 😁 (and the adults)

Very nice roomy house

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We have skied at Bridger and Big Sky. There is plenty of space and everything seems well organized. The only drawback was the bed over the garage. It squeaks extremely and should be repaired or replaced. Other than that it's a great home for a vacation.

Pictures don’t do this property justice

We had 3 families (11 people) in this home while in the area skiing. This house is huge, in a great quiet area 15 minutes from the middle of town. We had more than enough room for everyone, with all the accommodations including hot tub, pool table and a 3 car garage. We will stay here again. Gorgeous!!

Great Stay!!

The cabin was perfect for our family. The only complaint we have is that we paid $200 to have a Christmas tree with traditional decorations set up for us when we arrived and we were VERY disappointed in the effort that was put into decorating the tree. It literally had maybe 15 Christmas balls hanging on it that looked like a child placed them all on one side. That was all that was on the tree!, Just feel like it wasn't worth the $200.00.
