Cozy Casita!

We stayed at this lovely home while visiting our daughter who attends U of AZ. It is conveniently located just 10 minutes from campus. Megan's place is very clean and cozy! We would love to return to this sweet casita for future visits to Tucson!

quiet, comfortable stay

Quiet location, comfortable bed, sofa and recliner. Roomy kitchen, equipped for a month’s stay. Megan was helpful and quick to respond to questions, etc. We will stay here again next year.

Great value in an average part of town

The unit was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well stocked with everything necessary to make it feel like home. Parking was ample and off of the street. The immediate neighborhood was quiet and seemed decent, but the surrounding commercial areas felt a bit unsafe, especially after dark. Overall, it's a great value with a nice host in an average part of town.

Perfect for us

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family in Tuscon. The unit was cozy, comfortable, and completely spotless. There were helpful directions on how to lock and unlock the door, which I very much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back the next time we are in town.

Mediocre Casita

Megan was a good host and casita was well appointed. However, the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The mini split air conditioners were noisy.

The rental is spacious, near new, very nicely appointed and well-stocked. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Everything we wanted was there. There's an enclosed patio out back, a walk-in closet, Wi-fi, cable TV, a very comfortable king bed. The owner is wonderful - very accessible, friendly and helpful. We didn't want to leave, seriously.

This is an oddity. Because it was built when this was considered way out of town and Tucson eventually built itself around it, it seems out of place. You will see why when you get here. There are 4 units on the property, 3 are attached and include the main house totaling 5,000 square feet surround by normal sized 1,000 square foot homes within the neighborhood. Your comfy home away from home is just over 650 sq. ft. but each foot is well utilized.
