The house is quite lovely , and comfortable and in a nice quiet location . Recommendation to Italian restaurant was spot on . Was hoping to do some cooking ( especially breakfast ), and there was not a spatula to be found . Truly not great views of the red rock from the outdoor space . Enjoyed our stay .

Excellent stay

We completely enjoyed our stay here! House was very clean and comfortable, though we found that the living room throw pillows were pokey and leaked feathers all over the place. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, location is quiet, scenic, and easy to access all the sights we wanted to visit. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

First of many Sedona trips

This property is in a fabulous part of town that was a perfect jumping off point for hikes and running right out the front door. We had a group of women for a weekend away and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit and stargazing in the hot tub. The living area was perfect for enjoying coffee, tea and breakfast together every morning. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Beautiful

The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and a great size. They were 5 of us staying here and had plenty of space, enough space to eat at the center island, dining table or outside. The beds were very comfortable, the Arizona room was a great place to relax. Would stay here again!!

A home away from home

This house is located in a very scenic neighborhood, close enough to downtown but far away from it. The little things did it for us, from having some coffee available to small little chairs for kids. We stayed in quite a bit because we were extremely comfortable in it.

Birthday Celebration

Our group had a wonderful stay at the House of Dawn. Everything was so clean and up todate. As other reviewers have said the kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware and small appliances. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub but would have liked a little more detail on how to operate it. Sedona is a beautiful place and I would definitely return.

Sedona Chapel Dist

Pam & Carlos have a lovely house that provided a comfortable and safe place for our friends get together. We were 5 minutes walk from hiking trails and close to other trails just a short ride away.We were also fairly close to town and the area has many destinations to keep your interest.We highly recommend this rental.And we recommend any of Chef Lisa Dahl's restaurants also.Sedona is a very special place.

Such a great home

Sedona is amazing. This house is amazing too! Lots of natural light, walking distance to cathedral rock trailhead, hot tub perfect. Responsive host. Quiet neighborhood. Loved it.
