Een half uur voordat we in Jávea zouden zijn moesten we even bellen.We gaven aan dat we een half uur later bij het huis zouden zijn. Toen we daar aankwamen stond Shelly al op ons te wachten. Ze heeft ons keurig een rondleiding gegeven. De woning was zeer schoon. Complimenten aan Shelly en haar team.In de woning was alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, en meer.Wij kunnen deze woning zeker aangeven.

Lovely quiet villa

Had a lovely stay at this villa, plenty of breakfast/lunch places and a couple of restaurants a short walk away. For the more adventurous (20+ mins walking) even more options available or drive into town or the beach areas for great restaurant choices. Villa was super clean and well presented and Mark was incredibly helpful from booking through arrival. The villa has a lovely pool, plenty of sun beds and chairs, and we made plenty of use of the little gas BBQs next to the kitchen for some lunches and dinners. Very good for a family or just a quiet couple looking to ignore life and the cities for a week. Would happily return and wouldn’t need to bring anything special again to enjoy the holiday more. Thank you!

Great villa and location to explore the area

10 day stay here for our summer vacation. Comms before were prompt and clear, met by the house keeper on arrival which helped answer any remaining questions we had. Nice touch to have a welcome food and drink pack on arrival. The villa size was perfect for us, the AC in the bedrooms run quiet and nice to escape the heat at night. All the equipment inside and out were in good condition and the pool was well maintained. Area was great, a few restaurants locally in walking distance, but most a short drive away. Beaches were nice, busy but expected in August. Would highly recommend for a couple or family of 4.

Beautiful villa in a great location!

We all really loved our stay here - the villa is fabulous! The pool and gardens are beautiful and very well maintained, lots of space to sunbathe and areas for shade too. Local restaurants are within walking distance and offer some great choices. Would definitely recommend!

The house was nice and had all facilities needed. The one thing , which we are accustomed with other houses, we miss was seeing a Gartner or pool guy and or Shelley. And a change of linnen . But overall we had a great stray. Marco

A long awaited trip

We were meant to go to Javea just as the pandemic hit so to say we were looking forward to our holiday is an understatement. We flew to Alicante and picked up our hire car from the airport, a very straight forward if a little slow process. We made our way to Javea and texted our contact on arrival. Our check in to the villa was delayed till 4.30pm. Not a big issue - we did some essential food shop whilst we waited the extra half hour. The cleaners were just leaving as we arrived and our contact,Shelley, gave us a quick tour of the villa. The garden and pool are absolutely gorgeous and the villa well appointed but on the small side compared to properties we have stayed at in the past (we are seasoned villa renters!) Javea is quite an expensive area though - bit like the Cornwall of Spain. All bedrooms have aircon but not the main living area which has three big windows, 2 of which with mosquito nets (you definitely need these!). The kitchen is well appointed but could do with a little updating in my opinion, especially the oven/hob. The villa is situated in Costa Nova, about 10 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of Javea. This was fine for us as we like our peace and quiet after a busy day. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as a small supermarket for last minute supplies or, in our case, for fresh bread and pastries for breakfast. Be ware it only opens till 3pm. All in all we had a lovely week in Javea and would happily go again.

Hemos estado 15 días en la casa. Nos ha encantado, el jardin y la piscina son una maravilla. La casa es sencilla pero práctica. El entorno es muy tranquilo, no hay nada de ruido. Lo único es que hace falta el coche para todo. Seguramente repetiremos.

Familien Urlaub mit 2 Kindern

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles war sauber und jede erdenklichen Dinge, die man im Haus oder im Garten bzw. für den Pool bräuchte waren vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist von außen nicht einsehbar und der Pool ist großartig. Es war an alles gedacht und die Kommuniktion war einwandfrei. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, gepflegt und sehr schön. Wir bedanken uns sehr für den schönen Urlaub und können diese Unterkunft ohne bedenken weiter empfehlen.

Wonderful villa in quiet location

Spent a week in this property. Arrival information was was very good. Villa is exceptionally clean & has everything you could possibly need. Gardens & pool are wonderful. In a quiet residential area but only a short drive from local shops, beach, etc Conveniently located for visiting Alicante, Dénia, Olivia We have stayed in many villas & this has definitely been one of the best - only wished we’d booked for a fortnight!!

Slice of Costa Blanca Life

The villa is in a lovely residential area, close to numerous restaurants, shops etc. Within a short distance you can drive to the lovely towns Javea, Moraira and Denia where you can enjoy beaches, restaurants and great views. We ventured a bit further on a couple of days by visiting Valencia (1.5 hours) and Font de l'aguar (1 hour). The villa has everything you need to enjoy a nice relaxing holiday and a great pool. If you want to imagine what life might be like as an expat this villa is a great option

Excellent from start to finish. Mark is an excellent host,you will not be disappointed.

Our stay was 3yrs in the making due to you know what! When we arrived Shelley was there to meet us and take us around the property which as you can see from the pictures is stunning. Nothing was too much trouble from either Mark or Shelley and they were on hand to assist with any questions we had. Located just outside of Javea, it is ideally situated away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but easily reachable by car or taxi. The villa itself is equipped with everything you need. There are some Sky Sports channels available and if you can't find what you need, there are possibilities to watch on the variety of other countries TV channels. The pool suited the wide range of ages that travelled with us (10 - 80yrs). Nice and easy to walk into and shallow, all the way to a 2m depth. It was cleaned by Christine two times a week who would ensure she arrived early in the morning, mainly before we had woken up. The surrounding gardens are lovely and really set the relaxed tone of the villa and ultimately your holiday. An absolute gem of a place and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

A perfect setting.

This villa has everything that you need to make your stay. Three large bedrooms and plenty of storage. We were outside in the beautiful grounds most of the days when we didn't go to the beach. Both the owner and Shelley (local) we're so helpful with any queries we had. Shelley even got us some supplies in as our flight was heavily delayed. Plenty of seating areas away from the sun, lots of stunning flowers and plants to look at. It's very well kept. The bathrooms are very modern. It's all very clean and easy to keep clean. We had a lovely time. A couple of walkable restaurants, but was so hot (August) we tended to go in the a/c car.

A beautiful villa and lovely pool in a pretty, quiet, well resourced neighborhood

This is a delightful villa with a beautiful pool in a very quiet and attractive neighborhood. There are amenities nearby, bars/cafes/restaurants and supermarkets, but it’s not a touristy area. I think it’s definitely one of the the nicest areas of Xabia. But you would need a car to get to the Arenal or town centre. Mark has lots of recommendations of restaurants and nearby markets that are well worth checking out. We had a great time and would love to stay there again

Lovely stay

We have just come back from a weeks stay at the villa and had a lovely time. The villa was clean and well equipped for everything we needed for our stay. It is in a quiet part of Javea but just 5 minutes from the closest supermarket and beach. WiFi was pretty slow unless we were in the lounge but was adequate for everything we needed it for. Great communication from the owner and he was able to answer any question we had. Hopefully we can stay again sometime in the future.

Great stay, highly recommend

We had a great stay at the villa. All areas were very well looked after and there was everything you could need in terms of kitchen utensils and household amenities. The pool was large and clean, the only slight niggle we had was that one morning the pool cleaning person took the net with them . We had a lot of humidity over the next couple of days which meant a lot of bugs and mosquitos landed in the pool and we were unable to clean it with the net as it was taken. Saying that however, its a beautiful pool. We didn't communicate with anybody over this, however if we had I'm sure it would have been resolved, so it's not really a complaint. We loved the ping pong table and the outside area in general was great with lots of different seating options that meant you could be in the sun all day but also seek shade if required. Air con worked fabulously (very important on those hot days) The villa was in a great location for privacy and was practically very secure. We loved it and would have stayed another week if we could have. A few restaurants close by (our favourite being on the cliffs, forgotten the name though) and a supermarket etc aswell.

We verbleven een week met zijn vieren in deze woning. Het is een fijne vakantieweek geweest. Lekkere bedden en prima sanitair. Het aantal glazen om water of limonade uit te drinken is erg klein en een ander verbeterpunt is de pannen. Ik miste goede koekepannen, die onbeschadigd zijn. De pannen waren of krom of de anti-aanbaklaag vol met krassen. Verder was het een heerlijke vakantie mede door deze fijne veilige woning.

Schönes, ruhiges Haus

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend auf einem schönen großen nett bepflanzten Grundstück. Der Pool ist klasse und schön sauber. Wir haben uns in dem gut ausgestatteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Preciosa casa. Precioso entorno

Hemos estado 15 días. Ha sido un gran acierto la elección de la casa. En mi opinión es imprescindible, para disfrutar al cien por cien de unas vacaciones, que sea de tu agrado tanto el lugar elegido como la casa. Nos llevamos una grata sorpresa al llegar por lo bonita y cuidada que esta la casa. El exterior es precioso con mucho gusto en la decoración. La piscina es genial de buen tamaño y una zona que no cubre para los mas pequeños. Tiene una zona de relax con tumbonas y un merendero precioso. La casa dispone de aire acondicionado en cada habitación, pero esta ubicada en una zona muy verde y fresca, por lo que apenas es necesario. Nos recibieron con un regalo de bienvenida de productos para tomar algo nada mas llegar. ¡ Gracias! Tampoco tuvimos que preocuparnos por la limpieza de la piscina porque venían dos veces por semana y se encargaban de su mantenimiento. No ha faltado detalle. Estamos muy contentos. Volveremos a ir sin duda.
