We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked and had a big fridge freezer so it was easy to cook for ourselves when we wanted to. We also appreciated the games and cosy living room setup. The kids loved reading in the big chair. Convenient walkable location to Marianne's (and other places). I also enjoyed the easy check in and out procedures and responsive communication with the host. Would recommend and stay again.

This was a spacious, lovely house in a great location in Santa Cruz. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The one thing I'd note is that the linens and pillowcases seemed to be washed with scented detergent, so if you are sensitive to smells and plan to stay here, I would recommend bringing your own pillow. But overall such a wonderful spot!

We recently stayed for a week while visiting family. It’s always hard to find quality extended housing in the area so we were happy to find this rental. Everything was seamless. Fantastic communication with the owners, issues, which can always come up, were addressed immediately. House had a good layout, we were very comfortable. Very appreciative they had the upstairs AC for my young daughter to sleep when it was exceptionally hot. Felt very safe in the neighborhood, a lot of DDash options super close and a WF right by to get all your groceries. We’d absolutely stay here again.

So-so stay

This home could use some refurbishing. There were stains on the carpets and holes in the screens, no places to hang your stuff in the bathrooms. Not the most cozy home. The owner wasn’t very accommodating when we complained about the holes in the screens. It was quiet and had a nice back patio for hanging. Ok stay

Annual Trip with Our Grandkids

We had a wonderful stay! The location was close to the boardwalk and walking distance to a neighborhood park. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable, perfect for our family trip. Would definitely recommend! We’d love to come back again!

It was a great location to explore Santa Cruz and the Monterey Bay area. House was lovely, we very much enjoyed ourselves.

Don’t plan on staying there again

The house was just okay. However, I don’t recommend people with kids stay there. My 11 year old accidentally got lip gloss on their towels and we were charged 25 for it. They only have stark white towels so I recommend you bring your own towels in case it gets dirty. There’s a driveway to the neighbors house right in front of the kitchen and I got startled to see a person standing in front of the kitchen windows on the first morning. But it was a quiet neighborhood. The house was mostly clean except for upstairs, there was thick black mold in the corners of the windows.

Great location in Santa Cruz!

This is our third year in a row staying at Seanna's place. We love that we can walk to great shops and restaurants and the house is clean and nice!

Great Santa Cruz house

The house was really roomy and clean. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything in Santa Cruz was just a short drive away and many places are walkable. The best part was Mariannes ice cream was only .2 miles away.

Just What We Needed - Quiet and Relaxing

It was a hit with grandparents, parents and a 2 year old who was mesmerized with the ceiling fan. Close to sights but nestled in a lovely neighborhood.

Work-cation

We were doing a construction project in town and this property was amazing. It was close to our job site so we could sleep in a bit in the morning. The BBQ was a nice team building for dinners. Good neighborhood and close to everything Santa Cruz.

Adorable

Such a cute property , extremely clean and well appointed. My Mom didn’t want to leave and I can’t say I blamed her. The kitchen is particularly beautiful. We hope to stay here again next time we are in town to visit my daughter who is a ucsc student. Also, the hosts were lovely and communication was perfect.

Family wedding

We visited with family for a cousins wedding. The house is very clean and well equipped. The stairs (as advertised) leading to the 2 upper bedrooms are a bit tricky for my elderly mother so she and an aunt stayed in the downstairs twin room. Lovely spot in family neighborhood. Would stay again.
