Don’t plan on staying there again

The house was just okay. However, I don’t recommend people with kids stay there. My 11 year old accidentally got lip gloss on their towels and we were charged 25 for it. They only have stark white towels so I recommend you bring your own towels in case it gets dirty. There’s a driveway to the neighbors house right in front of the kitchen and I got startled to see a person standing in front of the kitchen windows on the first morning. But it was a quiet neighborhood. The house was mostly clean except for upstairs, there was thick black mold in the corners of the windows.

Great location in Santa Cruz!

This is our third year in a row staying at Seanna's place. We love that we can walk to great shops and restaurants and the house is clean and nice!

Great Santa Cruz house

The house was really roomy and clean. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything in Santa Cruz was just a short drive away and many places are walkable. The best part was Mariannes ice cream was only .2 miles away.

Just What We Needed - Quiet and Relaxing

It was a hit with grandparents, parents and a 2 year old who was mesmerized with the ceiling fan. Close to sights but nestled in a lovely neighborhood.

Work-cation

We were doing a construction project in town and this property was amazing. It was close to our job site so we could sleep in a bit in the morning. The BBQ was a nice team building for dinners. Good neighborhood and close to everything Santa Cruz.

Adorable

Such a cute property , extremely clean and well appointed. My Mom didn’t want to leave and I can’t say I blamed her. The kitchen is particularly beautiful. We hope to stay here again next time we are in town to visit my daughter who is a ucsc student. Also, the hosts were lovely and communication was perfect.

Family wedding

We visited with family for a cousins wedding. The house is very clean and well equipped. The stairs (as advertised) leading to the 2 upper bedrooms are a bit tricky for my elderly mother so she and an aunt stayed in the downstairs twin room. Lovely spot in family neighborhood. Would stay again.

Fantastic

Very clean and welcoming. They thought of everything. More than adequate supplies (towels, dish soap and the like) good location within walking distance for coffee and snacks. Would stay again.

Santa Cruz Cottage

Clean and comfortable 3 bedroom one and a half bath property. Well maintained. Close to downtown and the beach. The walk to the beach and boardwalk may be a bit far but priced accordingly. Overall nice stay!

Comfy and homey stay in great location

The house is amazing! We loved the style; it felt very cozy, homey, and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard with your cat's visits and some squirrels. Just a short drive to Trader Joe's or the beach. We would love to come back!

Christmas with family

The place was more spacious than I thought. The location was better than I anticipated. Pleasantly pleased. The stairs as stated in other post a little challenging but with the awareness provided shouldn’t be a problem. The bed a little hard for those in the front bedroom upstairs

Just what we needed!

Vacation these days for our family has to include the ability to make our own dinners and lunches! So we almost always check our VRBOs when it’s time to start planning! This place was perfect for us! We planned on going to a few places around the Santa Cruz area (mystery spot and Roaring Camp trains) and this home was a perfect middle ground. The kitchen had what we needed and the bedrooms and baths were clean. We were able to bbq on the patio and lots of fridge space. We were comfortable and had a great time!
