Le principal atout de cette location réside en ses propriétaires. Ana et Jorge ont été des hôtes des plus attentionnés qu'il soit: présentation de l'appartement, conseils touristiques, conseils pratiques, prise de nouvelles constantes, le tout en français qui plus est. Certainement l'un des tous meilleurs hôtes que nous ayons rencontrés. Le logement est situé à proximité du centre ville et à deux pas de la célèbre ligne 28 du tramway facilitant la découverte de Lisbonne. Bien équipé (peut-être manque-t-il une cafetière), l'appartement est fonctionnel et agréable. Attention tout de même pour les plus sensibles au bruit, l'immeuble, ancien, donne l'occasion d'entendre les pas des voisins sans que cela ne soit réellement gênant.

4 adults and one child (18 mos) had a wonderful time. Great restaurants and transportation in the neighborhood.. Hint: bring a starter roll of TP.

Spacious flat that offers all the charm of Old Town Lisbon - great place for families

The flat is quite large, clean and unique. If you enjoy getting a feel for the city, then Old Town is a good place to stay. The flat is filled with unique decorations and charming touches (a pintrest lover's paradise). The beds were comfortable and we spent a lot of time at the kitchen table enjoying the sunshine. The kitchen is very well stocked. Although there a two futons and another queen sized bed, there is only one truly private bedroom. We were three couples and two of us snore, so the split bedroom (divided by a partition) kept the others up. I do think it is a great flat for a family. We took the train to see SPORTING play and it was easy to get to. The yellow tram runs along the streets outside the flat, so take the opportunity to get some good photos of the tram winding through the streets outside your door. The Brick serves a Sunday bunch which is very good and it is just around the corner. Walk into the City Center and train to Sinta was only 20 minutes. This is a very quite neighborhood and if you enjoy architecture, you will enjoy this area of town. We did have problems with hot water in the main bathroom, but it was very hot in the smaller bathroom. Quick showers are a must in Portugal - too much to see and do. We did have some ants in the living room (not sure if it was because of the plants), but they were no where else in the flat. This is very fixable, so it wouldn't prevent me from staying again. Finally, we were there in January and they nights were cold. The flat does have heat and we only used it to take off the chilly rainy day we had when we arrive. I am very grateful for the heaters. We found on our travels that other places did not have heaters. The flat it is a very comfortable and welcoming.

De acuerdo con la descripción y las fotos, bien ubicada con una boca de metro muy cerca. El apartamento es amplio, éramos 6 personas y tiene todo lo necesario. La anfitriona muy amable. Sin duda, muy recomendable.

BUENA ESTANCIA

Ha sido una buena estancia. hay un par de detalles que aclarar: Aunque todo corresponde con lo que se indica en el anuncio, hay cierto problema de intimidaden caso de ir 3 parejas como era nuestro caso. 2 Habitaciones son contiguas con la salvedad de que hay que salir o entrar por una de ellas para acceder a la otra. En caso de familias con niños, esto no supone un problema. Otro asunto es el del agua caliente. Entiendo que es un edificio antiguo y que la presión de agua puede ser baja, pero no pueden ser usados las 2 duchas al mismo tiempo... A veces no se encendía el calentador ni siquiera con una sola ducha. Por lo demás el apartamento está bien situado, cerca de transporte público, en zona tranquila y el equipamiento es el que se indica. Teniendo en cuenta el precio, que es más barato que otros apartamentos semejantes, la relación calidad/precio es bastante buena.

Todo perfecto!

Nos encantó la amplitud, decoración y nivel de equipamiento (no le falta detalle) del apartamento. Ideal para familias numerosas y grupos. La organización y logística, también impecables. Muchas gracias porque nos sentimos como en casa.

Un ambiente vissuto

Casa confortevole e accogliente. Grande e abbastanza comoda per otto persone. Molti oggetti fanno pensare ad una casa abitata in passato. Situata abbastanza vicino al centro e vicino a fermate di bus, metro e soprattutto al famoso tram 28. Vicino anche a supermercati e a piccoli negozi alimentari. Non abbiamo dato il massimo punteggio in quanto abbiamo trovato un bagno un po' piccolo e qualche difficoltà con la caldaia per l'acqua calda (sicuramente risolvibile). TRES CONFORTABLE

Anna Maria nous a vraiment très bien reçu. C'est une hôtesse qui est aux petits soins pour nous. Elle a préparé un classeur pour les locataires avec toutes les informations pratiques nécessaires. restaurants de proximité, médecins, patissries etc.... L'appartement est super confortable. Spacieux et conforme aux photos et au descriptif. Nous étions 7 mais nous aurions ou être 8 sans aucun problème. Ana Maria nous propose également un service de shuttle qui fait navette aéroport appartement. Ce service est très fiable. Nous l'avons utilisé à l'aller et au retour. L'appartement est très proche des bus et tramways et a environ 500 mètres du métro. Je recommande vivement cette location

Très bon accueil

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement spacieux. Ana Maria nous a très bien accueilli, avec plein de conseil ou manger et visiter. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir. Un grand merci à tous les deux.

Un très bel endroit

Des propriétaires accueillants et charmants, prêts à tout faire pour que le séjour soit agréable dans leur appartement décoré avec goût, très bien équipé et très bien situé tout près du tramway n° 12 et à quelques pas du métro (ligne verte).
