Great getaway

We stayed 10 nights and everything was perfect. The house location was a nice walk to town and convenient to everything. Being able to chill at the pool was a nice alternative to the beautiful beaches also nearby. Would stay again tomorrow!

Wonderful Stay, Again!

Quintessential Hampton House

We came to The Hamptons for a long weekend with our family, adult children ages 19 and 32 and this house was the perfect set up. Britt was amazing in communication. The house was spotless and in terms of a hampton house, this house was perfect for us. It had the look we wanted, the scale of the bedrooms and living areas were perfect sizes. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the Adirondeck stairs outside on the back porch. The location for us was stellar, a hop skip away from the train station, town and beaches. My 19 year old came two days later and was able to walk from the LIRR. My other daughter came the last day to visit us with her husband and toddler and we enjoyed the day together grilling and swimming. This house has a lovely backyard. I highly recommend and if it had more availability I would have booked it longer.

Family stay for wedding week

This was the perfect place for our family to stay doing our sons wedding. Bedrooms were great. The primary suite was amazing. Kitchen modern and spacious. Everything you could need was available. The backyard was my favorite. The pool was relaxing and the area quiet. The overall door plan is open and roomy with two separate living areas. Plenty of room to enjoy everyone e but still have some space for yourself. We would love to rent again!

Beautiful home in the Hamptons

A wonderful 2 week stay in Britts beautiful home. A very well maintained property within 10 mins walk to the centre of town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Britt was very responsive to any queries we had about the house. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful home, great location

Well maintained home and property, very good and open layout. Pool was perfect for us as we have 3 small children - there's a nice shallow section. House is very close into village and short drive to SH beaches. Britt was very responsive. Highly recommend

Lovely property

The property and home was lovely though the house 2 doors over was being torn down during our stay and the one next door I’m guessing is next or about to start a major reno.I imagine in a few years this will be one of the nicer streets but it’s definitely in transition.

It was exceptional! We had a fabulous time. Everything was perfect.

We were a family of 6 adults staying for two weeks. We had the most wonderful time. The home was just want we wanted clean, spacious, quiet, charming, comfy and cozy. We would definitely come back again. Outstanding experience and we can be very critical but here we can’t be!!! Excellence all around!

Beautiful traditional Hamptons home

Location was so convenient to be right off the highway but on an extremely quiet street giving you plenty of privacy and quiet at night. Beach was approximately 3miles away and we loved using the bikes at the house to ride ourselves for a day of fun in the sun! the pool was perfect temperature and clean. There were plenty of pool toys to choose from that we didn't even need to use the ones we brought. Perfectly suited for families with young children, we made the most of the crib and high chair for our 2 year old son. Grounds were well maintained and lawn service kept it neat and clean once a week. We were able to make use of so many things here pool toys, beach chairs, bikes, firepit, wifi, amazon fire stick, cookware, they literally have everything you could need! Britt was so quick with communication i would 100% rent this property again without any hesitation. Thank you for lending your home to us!

Wonderful stay

Everything was perfect. The house was in pristine condition. It had everything you needed. My son didn’t want to leave. He especially enjoyed all the pool toys. The only negative is the location is close to the highway, but you didn’t notice while at the house.

Great. 100% as advertised!

Great stay. Very clean and well maintained. Well equipped. Pool, outdoor dining and grill were perfect. Everything worked and easy access to town and beach. No noise from highway. All the little things were included like beach chairs and towels. Private setting. Would certainly stay there again. A gem.

My husband and I bought this house shortly after we were married in 2011. As young professionals, we poured our hearts into making this house a comfortable, quiet retreat to escape the busy city on weekends and holidays. After moving out of the NYC area, we simply aren't able to use it as much as we would like, but hope our guests enjoy our home as much as we do.

Our home is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the town of Southampton, the train station and Jitney stop. It is a quick drive to the beach, or you can relax in the private backyard with the new gunite pool, gas grill and outdoor furniture.
