The beach view was wonderful. The beds were so so. The shower makes a loud noise on the water is running. The slider door to the deck is very hard to lock.

Location was ideal. Within walking distance to restaurants and bars. View of beach/ocean was great. Owner was prompt and responsive. We had a nice stay.

Great location! Steps to beach. Pools and hot tubs are clean and have plenty of chairs. Convenient walk to downtown. Unit is a little dated, but clean and beds are comfortable. A Keurig instead of a coffee pot would have been a plus. A spare roll of toilet paper would have also been convenient. Bring your own beach towels, as none are provided.

I would rent this unit with caution. First I will say the location is great! Beautiful view of the ocean and the unit is clean. The bedding is old and needs to be replaced, it’s the old scratchy blankets that you try not to touch and old school comforters. Old motel style bedding. There are no thoughtful touches, it feels more like a hotel. There wasn’t shampoo, no beach towels, nothing extra that makes a guest feel welcome. I also own a vacation rental and try to think of anything my guest might need. There is no thought into making you feel comfortable. Be sure to use all the locks on the doors because our first morning we were there we were sleeping in because we flew across the country and had a very early morning travel day. The bug exterminator tried to help himself into our room at 9am. Luckily I had the safety lock on. This made me feel very uncomfortable as it was just my daughter and me. But my biggest warning is to take pictures immediately if there is something wrong with your unit. There was a piece of the bathroom cabinet that fell off that was like that when we arrived. I didn’t think anything of it because the bathroom is dingy and outdated. The day we checked out the owner charged me 95 to fix it. He will state that it was not like that before we arrived and that he personally inspected the unit before we arrived. It is his word against mine and I have no proof. Unfortunately he made it a bad experience for us. I would definitely not stay here again.

We had such a great experience at this condo. Plenty of room, very clean, all the things you needed. The owner was easy to contact about parking. I would recommend this condo to anyone you would not be disappointed!!!

Love the space but washer never worked had to go out and buy towels and clothes. He did bring towels when I ask. I would stay again.

We Love This Condo

This is our second time staying at Salty Air and Sunshine. The space is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The view of the ocean and beach is great! Compared to others we considered this condo is spacious. Brian is responsive.

Cantleberry stay

Was not impressed with the unit. It smelled, needs updated. The lock on the patio door was so hard to open. Blankets on the bed was very scratchy and uncomfortable, bedding needs replaced. The shower was hard to get into because the bathtub sides are so tall.

Thanksgiving get away

Beautiful condo well equipped we actually slept on the Murphy bed instead of in the bedroom had perfect view of the sunrise. Will definitely stay there again. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do.
