Spring break 2025

The house was very well stocked and the layout held the 10 of us very well. We loved all of the games and activities that were there. It made traveling very easy for a first time visitor to the area.

Girls Bridal Shower Weekend

Everything was just perfect! We had plenty of room for everyone, great big pool and hot tub area. We did not use the fire pit but it was really nice!We might try and make it an annual girls trip!!

Desert Oasis

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Made great for a friend Reunion. Pool, hot tub and all the available activities made for a great vacation. Manager was always available and with great locations. Can’t wait to stay again.

Incredible House!

This is a fantastic house! The backyard is stunning. We had a group of 14 (with infants). I was originally concerned that the space may feel tight, but with the ability to completely open the glass doors to the backyard, we had plenty of space. Both Sacha and Bryan are AMAZING to work with. Sacha helped us with any questions prior to our stay. I always received a prompt response. We had a few infants within the group and he was so helpful in making sure we had the proper number of cribs. The check-in process with Bryan was seamless. There was one minor issue that was quickly resolved. He was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed to have a fabulous time. We all felt well taken care of while there! The house itself is fully stocked. Plenty of towels, kitchen appliances, games, even pool floats and noodles. They really thought of everything a group would need to feel comfortable in the house. There is also a house sound system to play music from Spotify or Alexa. This house is simply amazing and our group had a wonderful time there!

Amazing property with all the amenities!

We visited the property with 12 adult friends and stayed for four nights. Sacha, the property owner and Gordy, the property manager, we’re both amazing to work with at every point. There is so much space that the group can be together or they can each can do their own thing. It was a quick Lyft ride to downtown Palm Springs. Can’t say enough great things about this property and Sacha and Gordy!

Family stay was wonderful

for family getaway for Thanksgiving.

We totally enjoyed staying at this property. There was plenty of space for everyone to not feel crowded and to get away by themselves if they wanted. The furnishings were perfect, comfortable, and large enough to hold us all. We were 11 people in all from age 6 to 70+ and we could all be around the pool, fire pit, and the dining table without squeezing in. The kitchen overlooked the dining room/living room and pool. We could even watch football on the large TV altogether. The glass doors to the pool slide open making a huge indoor outdoor space. The hot tub fed into the pool and was perfect for relaxing. The yard provided another big table for all of us to eat and grill outside. There were also games galore to be played- bocce, ladder ball, corn hole and golf putting on a large green. There was no need to ever leave the house. Instacart delivered everything we needed and the kitchen was easy and pleasant for cooking. Close to the airport and downtown Palm Springs for shopping. Antonio, the manager answered any need or question we had in record time. Can’t say enough good things about this place. You won’t be disappointed with a stay here.

Kid Friendly Fun

Our group of 3 families with kids ages 4 months old all the way up to 13 year old thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Antonio was so accommodating and communicative. We cannot wait to come back again. We loved everything about this house.

Loved this house!

We had such a great stay at Sascha’s home. The property lived up to the photos. The ambience and activities of the home really made our stay wonderful. There was literally no reason to ever leave because we had everything we needed for entertainment. Communication was great with owner as well as the property manager Antonio. We really felt so welcome by Antonio and he was super responsive if we ever needed him. I would give this place a 10/10. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. It feels like a resort rather than an average home rental. The property manager and owner were very responsive and welcoming. We will rent this home again if we find ourselves in Palm Springs again.

Easter in the desert

Great spacious home that easily accommodated 3 families. Loved the indoor/outdoor living, sparkling pool and that there was both a big outdoor dining table and indoor one. We were 13 and never felt on top of one another. Super helpful management and spotless property. We will be back. Highly recommend.

Great escape

Great property - stayed with some friends and our children aged 2 - 10. House and grounds are fantastic and host communication was excellent. House was fantastically clean, nicely furnished and plenty of fun things to do - we barely left the property!

Nicely remodeled modern house with great pool.

Nice spacious home, perfect for our two families. Good home base to explore Joshua Tree and Palm Springs. Price was a bit high for the furnishings but overall I would recommend this place.
