Our Villa is equipped with a whole house generator to ensure no loss of power during outages

Our dock allows for excursion pickups so no need to drive into San Pedro. Great for fishing and enjoying the views too

All the amenities like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towels, dryer and washing machine are included in the price.

We have 2 kayaks with lifesavers, snorkeling goggles that are also included in the nightly price.

Our rooftop has a big terrace for stargazing.

We are the only villa with a big yard to make your BBQ's, play sand volleyball, sunbathing or anything you want

Our beachfront villa located on Ambergris Caye in prestigious Playa Blanca, features 5 bedrooms, each with its' own air conditioner and ceiling fan and 5 bathrooms, three of which are ensuite. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms open on to a long terrace with sitting areas outside of each bedroom. The 360 views from Villa Aurora span the Caribbean Sea to the bay. We also feature a Princess Maya one bedroom one bath suite with a separate front beach entrance, kitchen and outside sitting area.

Our new roof lounging area is perfect for sipping a cocktail while enjoying one of the most beautiful views in the world.

Our newly renovated villa is graced with handmade furniture from Belize as well as handmade furniture and statuary from Bali, Indonesia.

Our walls are decorated with paintings from the local Belizean artist Fred Trejo, and carefully chosen handmade treasure from Bali.

Cooled by the eastern sea breezes, this spectacular villa features a rooftop palapa, three beach palapas and one palapa at the end of the dock! Lounging areas on the beach, on the roof and poolside.

Beautifully landscaped gardens of tropical trees, and flowers, over 30 species of plants, creating an idyllic environment. The spacious living room and cushioned sofas opens to the pool deck and outside dining area. Both our handmade dining tables are perfect for family meals inside the villa or poolside.

You may arrive at Villa Aurora by sea or by land. The villa features a long private dock with a palapa with hammocks and benches at the end. The dock has a ladder and is perfect for snorkeling off of, paddle boarding, kayaking or fishing. The dock is easily accessible by to water taxis, dive boats, jet skis and sailboats.

The villa also features lots of beach towels! And a laundry room for your convenience.

Villa Aurora has a care taker on site to ensure the property is in pristine condition and to assist our guests.

Mike was an amazing host. Everything we needed, he was available to help. Booked excursions with the boats picking us up right off the pier on site! Helped us with groceries, fishing rods, and excellent recommendations. We couldn’t have done it without him! Property was perfect for our two families (5 kids ages 4-10). Chef Danny from the restaurant next door made our late arrival easy and absolutely delicious - Mike arranged of course. We ventured there for another meal and had him cook again after our sunset cruise. Easy ride to secret beach via golf cart. Town is about 35-40 minutes but the ride is adventurous so goes by quickly if you need to head there. Plenty of good restaurants closer - we loved the Truck Stop - make sure to venture towards the back for the swim up bar! Highly recommend the home and San Pedro. Not a bad meal in town and not sure where else you can find 2 beers these days!

We stayed here for 4 nights (and downtown San Pedro for 4 nights). We had a great time here and wish we could have stayed longer. We took tropic air to San Pedro, Mike coordinated the golf carts, flights, ride to the house and an excursion for us. He was great to work with. He answered ALL our questions and was super helpful with anything we needed. Regarding the property… super clean, we loved the layout, we loved the groundskeeper -so awesome!, the dock was nice to hangout on .. we couldn’t really swim to the reef bc boats fly by there all day long but it was still nice to swim off the side of the dock. If we went back we’d bring flags so we felt safe swimming out toward the reef. The large, sandy yard with volleyball was super fun as well! Kids had a great time. We loved the location to secret beach as that’s the best water and beach on the island in our opinion! It was a short golf cart ride there. We visited the area every day. We also had a couple great meals next door at Portifino hotel .. awesome food and drinks. There is also a great coffee/breakfast spot 10 min away called Sol Cafe. The location and staff can’t be beat. We would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Our week stay at Villa Aurora was fantastic! The house is beautiful and full of every amenity you may possibly need. Mike was very accommodating and fixed any issues we had immediately. He was also able to arrange all of our requests we had from golf carts, massages at the house, boat trips, and anything else we might need. Jairo also took great care of us and was fantastic to have around the house every day! We highly recommend and will be back for sure. Thank you!

Amazing Slice of Paradise

The property was absolutely beautiful along with all of the coastline around San Pedro and Ambergris Caye. From before we ever arrived, the property staff was helpful, communicative, and assisted in making bookings and ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible. Mike and Jairo were delightful and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Belize for their first time - 5 stars!

Wonderful Home

We just completed a family vacation here and this home was perfect for all of us. Jairo the caretaker took such great care of everything we needed at the house. Mike the property manager was terrific, he booking all our excursion, dinner reservations, messages, you name it and he made it happen. They both made us all feel so welcome and provided excellent support to all our needs.

Great property

Clean home in quiet area with fantastic staff

Home is very nice. Staff is outstanding. Cooked a great dinner for us one evening and were always available to answer questions, help with scheduling activities, etc.

Wonderful experience!

We loved staying here!!! The house was very clean and had lots of activities, we didn’t even need to leave! The consierge helped us with anything we needed for food, etc. Such a lovely place and we hope to stay there again!!! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic visit!

Mike, Teresa and Jose were terrific hosts. They checked in with us every day, responded promptly to questions, and the meals Teresa cooked for us were better than what we had at the restaurants. We had plenty of space to relax, play games and enjoy our week in the sun.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great 7-day stay at Villa Aurora. Jairo and Vicki (caretakers of the property) were absolutely amazing! They helped us with whatever needs we had, and Vicki is an amazing cook. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 10-16). We all had our own space and enjoyed the house. Would highly recommend this property when booking your stay in Ambergris Caye.

Their kindness made us feel truly at home and added a personal touch that made the experience even more special.We also can’t say enough good things about Mike, our concierge, who was a tremendous resource throughout our stay. He helped us coordinate everything with ease, from activities to local recommendations, and made sure we experienced the very best of Belize. The food was absolutely delicious everywhere we went, and each day brought new adventures and unforgettable moments. It was a truly wonderful time, and we’re already dreaming of coming back.

Perfect home for multi generation family vacation

The house, yard and private pier were perfect for a family vacation. Simon met us at the airport with our 2 golf carts and escorted us to the house and gave us a tour. The caretakers, Jose and Theresa, took wonderful care of us. We enjoyed our Belizean meals. We loved the large yard and played volleyball and corn hole. The pier is perfect for fishing and spotting sting rays. Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous Private Villa

Our group of 9 had a fantastic and relaxing week at Villa Aurora. The pool, kitchen and living room was a great space for all of us to hang out with a lovely view of the Caribbean Sea. Jairo and Vicki took good care of us always making sure we had water, ice and even did a bonfire for us one night. Mike did a great job arranging our airport transfers, golf carts and snorkeling tours (must snorkel Hol Chan & Shark Ray Alley with Captain Chris). Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Great time at Villa Aurora!

Our group of 5 couples stayed for a long weekend at Villa Aurora. We had a great time enjoying all the amenities at the Villa. The staff (Mike, Urbano, and Consuela) were responsive to our requests and very helpful, including assisting with our arrival and departure. Chef Angela Rivero prepared a delicious Belizian meal for our group at the house- highly recommend. The staff also put us in touch with Johnny Boy Tours, who picked us up at the Villa pier & gave our group a couple of fun snorkeling tours and a visit to Caye Caulker - highly recommend as well.
