We enjoyed our stay so much! The Milkbarn is such a cute, cozy place. There was coffee and all the fixings. Everything was very, very clean. The beds were comfy. The yard was huge and fenced so our doggies enjoyed playing safely back there. Our college kids came by in the evenings, and we had some fun competing on the Wii. We highly recommend the Milkbarn and will be checking back in to see if we can stay again.

The best and most gracious host in the business! Every detailed amenity has been well thought out from back-up toothbrush to coffee creamer. Fully decked out kitchen with utensils. Nice, quiet country setting. Yet 15 quick minutes to Jordan-Hare Stadium. This can be your home away from home when visiting Auburn. Very cozy, very nice, very gracious and friendly host!

I really enjoyed my stay at the farmhouse especially being able to vacation and bring my five dachshunds with me. Probably 99% of VRBO owners would not allow five dogs and Wayles was very accommodating. I appreciated the attention to detail and provided everything that I could have needed while on vacation – from make up remover to a toothbrush to Keurig coffee pods. I also appreciated the Christmas gift basket she left me and extra towels for my pups!. Would definitely stay there again.

10/10 Recommend! The host was so very accommodating and hospitable! Close to campus and the perfect place to relax and unwind! It was so clean and fully stocked with all the things you could need! We came to celebrate our son's graduation from Auburn and it was the perfect place to host family to celebrate!

Quaint, Cozy, and Very Well-Stocked!We really enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage. It’s quaint, cozy, and had everything we needed—clearly very well-stocked and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We only wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities!The location is great! It is close enough to Auburn University to make getting around easy, but far enough to avoid the crowds if you prefer a quieter stay.The only downside was the bathroom setup. There isn’t a traditional stand-up shower or a tub with a full surround/curtain, so it was a bit tricky to keep water from spraying onto the floor.Overall, a lovely spot and a great place to stay near Auburn!

From beginning to end this stay was amazing. The owner worked to accommodate our needs and made the booking process seamless. They communicated and were very thorough. Upon arrival, everything was absolutely perfect. They had everything ready for our stay and had ensured that the property was comfortable upon our arrival. Everything we needed and more was provided to make our stay pleasurable. We loved being able to let our furbabies out to stretch their legs. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely check for availability at the Milk Barn! Thank you for everything!

The CUTEST VRBO that is conveniently located near Waverly and Auburn. The owners go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and worry free. The icing on the cake is that our dogs are welcome with a huge yard. We all loved looking at the stars last night. We hope to come back soon!

65th Birthday Celebration

“Extraordinary Friends” coming from GA and AL met here to celebrate one of our friends turning 65. The milk barn was the perfect spot for us to hang out and visit with one another. What a cozy and cute place! We all slept so well last night and enjoyed coffee on the deck this morning. The host was so easy to communicate with and left such thoughtful details and extras throughout the house. We’ll be back!

A Delightful Gem

Milk Barn is a charming guest house, outfitted with every convenience a guest could want or need! The ambiance is warm, welcoming, artsy and like home. My husband and I, and our pug Sammie stayed here this past weekend while attending our oldest son's graduation from Auburn University. Wayles is excellent at communicating, check-in and check-out were a breeze, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to others.

A beautiful place with the most awesome host!

We had a mixup in booking that was 100% my fault, but our host was able to accommodate us, which she completely didn’t have to do. I can’t express how much it means to me that she was super responsive and accommodating! The place was peaceful and perfect, and it’s apparent how much time and energy was put into making this place feel like home. We definitely plan on booking again. My only complaint is that I didn’t get to stay long enough!

Piece and Quiet in the Country

This was a wonderful place to stay. Cozy decor, full kitchen, everything was spotless! The Milk Barn was a perfect setting for a relaxing weekend. The owner was very accommodating and communication was exceptional. We look forward to staying again.
