Duplex apartment, modern with very generous areas and stunning views of the Serra de Sintra. The apartment is located in a small, family condominium with wide green spaces, pool and playground. The Duplex has a grassy area 300 m of exclusive use.
At level 0: There is a large room with interior garden with direct access to balcony / Garden; Service bathroom; Full bathroom with bathtub; office with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with generous areas with direct access to the garden.
1st floor: Large Suite with Double bed and bathroom with shower and whirlpool; 2 rooms with double bed and bathroom with shower. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, but the house does not need to be very cool in summer.
