Latignano is lovely

The property was chosen for location and price. Location was great. It was in a quiet village, but with excellent access to shopping and places to visit. The property actually slept 9 but if 9 were there, they may have struggled for seats. For 2 of us, no problem. Everything was very clean. We managed to translate the recycling leaflet, and collections were very frequent. Only problem was a lack of access to the rear of the property, as the sun moved over the balcony and front garden by late afternoon, leaving it shaded. Otherwise an excellent property, and the freshest, yellowest-yolked eggs from Allessandro. We would certainly recommend this property.

Ottimo capodanno

Bargain

The apartment is massive, you will not find such a big apartment this side of New York. Fantastic. Huge independent apartment with a terrace and two balconies. It's actually half a house. Huge rooms, many doors, screens, enclosed garden with security gate and door. All towels and bedding and tea towels, cleaning products ect. I took my two terrier dogs here, they loved the space and the garden to play ball in. I watched the gathering of olives from the trees, watched and listened to the wildlife. Looked at the mountains from the balcony. The owners are not intrusive just there if you need them, which we didn't as all was fine. A gate at the top of the stairs was brilliant. All BBQ stuff was there laid out. All clean and tidy. Near a bar in the village you can walk to. A short drive or a walk even you have shops and a garage. We went to Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the coast and to Chiant which was lovely. We had a great stay and so did our dogs. The apartment was a good price for what you get and exceeded expectations. Thank you Alex. Xxx

Great accomodation in Latignano

The house is in a quiet location, surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside. We would certainly recommend this house to anyone who wants to relax and want to explore the area, the house is near the highway and is possible to visit Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, Siena and Volterra very smoothly. Is available a large garden shaded by beautiful pine trees, where you can sunbathe or stay in the shade and two terraces on the first floor overlooking the garden. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will book this house again when we return to Tuscany!

Well stocked with accessories, dining and pleasant with a nice television and a nice fireplace, comfortable even in winter.
