Nice place

We enjoyed our stay, but the house is older and there weren’t as many of the add ons that you come to expect in VRBOs like toiletries. The neighborhood was also noisy and crowded at night.

Perfect family stay

The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. It was clean and exactly as advertised. The host was easy to reach and prompt. I will for sure look to this location if needed in the future.

Great family stay!

My adult kids and I had a GREAT Thanksgiving here, thanks to this well-appointed, attractive, and convenient place. The kitchen had everything we needed to put together a traditional feast, and the comfortable living area allowed for lounging and togetherness. Convenient to the Stockyards and Sundance Square/historical District, this place had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay! district

Was great for our trip. No hot tub/spa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house for our 5 night stay. The home was well taken care of, and Paula was good at communicating about any concerns we had. The large tree in the front yard has been almost completely cut back, we suspect due to beetle infestation, but the back yard is still well shaded and quite lovely. We booked 5 months prior to our stay and the listing had a hot tub,spa whirlpool listed among the amenities, as it does now 2 weeks after our stay. We could find no evidence of a hot tub or spa whirlpool having been on the property, and no instructions or mention of them were given. There is a normal bathtub/shower in the master bathroom, it is not a jetted tub. That's really our only complaint about the property and its listing. It really was a great place to stay.

Wonderful property

We loved the house. The master bedroom bed was a bit noisy and hard to sleep on. I moved to a smaller room. The coffee in the morning !!!! The owners were very responsive to every question.. The house was very comfortable and inviting. Thank you for everything

Great little spot

The property is older, in an older neighborhood. It may show its age, but it is very clean and comfortable. Communication with management is impeccable. The streets are very congested and it can be a bit loud at times. Overall it was a great value.

This home was built with detail and it show it. The house has high windows that let in lots of filtered light. The fireplace is open to the living room and master bedroom and the high ceilings make the home even more spacious. The deco walls are built for additional decor and the accent walls give it an ultra modern look.
