オーナー : Blake Campbell
Blake and Danette Campbell have been residents of the community for over 20 years. Blake has worked in Emergency Medical Services for 30 years and is currently the Mayor. Danette is currently working as a Real Estate Legal Assistant. We started with our first rental property, Century Apartments, in 2013. Now we have decided to rent our Fully Furnished Duplex for short and long-term rentals.

For the price of a hotel room, you and your group or family can stay in our furnished Duplex. Our 1100 sq. ft. Furnished Duplex provides a “home away from home” feeling and is ideal for groups and families needing more space than a hotel room can offer.
Unlike a hotel room, our Short Term Accommodations give guests the opportunity to stay in a furnished home with plenty of space and rooms to relax. Our Duplex has a fully equipped kitchen and can save you money by allowing you to dine out less.

Our newest, most modern “home away from home” two bedrooms two bathroom duplexes located in Gull Lake, Saskatchewan comes with 1100 square feet of living space for your enjoyment! All rooms are furnished with furniture in excellent condition. Modern appliances include a full-size fridge, self-clean stove, microwave, washer, dryer, built-in dishwasher, and central air conditioning. Our furnished duplexes are located in quiet neighborhoods and are just a short walk to the downtown area.
