Very nice property with a great kitchen and living room area. The rooms were large and there was a lot of sleeping area. The deck with a bbq was nice and we took advantage. I am from the area and this is a very nice location for a reasonable price. Great views of the lake. Highly recommend

Beautiful home with amazing view

This house was absolutely beautiful, super clean and in a safe neighborhood! And a big added plus, they accept dogs. We had a wonderful time and i would highly recommend this house.

Great views!

Great property with amazing views. This place was perfect for our family of three. We also appreciate the ability to bring our dog who also had a great time. The property was very clean and the bed was very comfy.

Amazing view and beautiful house

We had a great time staying at the property. The house has a great view of the lake with plenty of deer roaming around which the kids loved. It is only a few minutes' drive down to the marina where they offer boat slip rentals for your water toys. House is clean and updated. Our family of five sleep great there.

Updated home with a spectacular view, including a great lake view and deer wandering through the hills surrounding the house. Very large master bedroom. Comfortable beds.

Lake Oroville House

Great Home, great views, awesome owners. Close to everything with amazing views over looking the lake and mountains. The house accommodated my crew while in town for training. They really enjoyed the deer, they have pictures with them eating from their hands. The propane had run out while the crew was at training one day, one call to the owners after business hours and they had a gas delivery there within 30 minutes. We are going back to Oroville soon for work and we will definitely be trying to stay at the Lake Oroville Home.

Nice little place with a few caveats

We had an issue with checkin, likely on VRBO's side. But I would double check the reservation a day or so prior. Otherwise it is a really lovely place. Large bedrooms, good kitchen, lovely deck. Comfortable beds and couches. Clean and comfortable, just the way I like it. Couple of things I would note for future guests. 1) The house is on a hill, the backyard is at the bottom with the house on top. So don't plan on just letting any dogs/kids out of the door into the backyard. Also, the fence was damaged. 2) The driveway is VERY short. My CrewCab Ram 1500 Short bed would not fit in the driveway straight on. There is other on-street parking I used.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, watching the deer while drinking our morning coffee. The home was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive when I got out dates wrong for a wedding we were attending and let me change to the next weekend. We'd love to come back.

Stacey was great as a landlord and provided us everything we needed! She even had pots and pans delivered without a request and was continually in contact with us to check in.

Mountain Retreat

Great little house with a comfortable bed, nice deck and views, quiet location, but some items around the house needed attention. Kitchen had everything needed, but nothing extra and minimal number of pots. Towel rack was missing in 1 bathroom, oven was left dirty with scorched food inside, carpet had stains in 1 bedroom, and only very warm blankets were provided (nothing lightweight for warmer weather or hot sleepers). Also some large live bugs were seen in the guest bathroom and coming from the heating vents, but this is not unusual for the area so we were not overly concerned. Lastly, 1 TV only had "snowy" reception. Despite the few negative items, we would stay again.

Thank you for the feedback! We would have welcomed the opportunity to address these items at the beginning of the stay. We’ve repaired the towel rack and purchased new pots and pans for the kitchen. The master closet is full of various blankets, heavy and light.

Family Gathers Here

Ms Stacie is very helpful & easy to communicate with. The house is very clean and furnished nicely. As a matter of fact were all looking for one of the sleeper couches for our own home! It comes with everything you'll need including bbq w/propane furnished. We all fell in love and will be coming back.

2Nd time this year

We had such a great time in July we decided to come back again. Everything was so easy and the Owner is quick to respond to any questions. Love the view and BBQing on the deck after a long day on the Lake is perfect. Looking to see if maybe we can squeeze in one more trip !!!
