Family Vaca

Having this home made keeping 11 people aging from 4-91 comfy and relaxed during our trip. We all enjoyed the household and would book again for another similar trip. Everyone was easy to talk to and get along with and Olga was AMAZING at communication. Thanks for a great stay!

Great House, Great Location, Great Owners

Everything about this rental was perfect. We loved having our private pool and spa and thought it was a much better option than what we have experienced in the past with greater Orlando resorts. The home has everything you can need, providing a perfect get-a-way location. The gated neighborhood provides ability to walk a 1.1 mile loop from the front door, in a very quiet neighborhood with very little motor vehicle activity. There are many nearby options for groceries and restaurants, within a five minute drive from the house, making cooking-in or take-out (or dining out) so very easy. Getting to the attractions of Disney and Universal were a 20-30 minute drive, but the drive was super easy and not a problem at all to navigate. Genuinely loved this property and would rent it again without any hesitation and would recommend it to everyone!

Amazing Experience

O-M-G! We needed a place to stay so we could take our 7 grandchildren, ages 5 to 17 to Universal Studios in Orlando, and this home was perfect for our needs. 5 bedrooms (3 with their own bath) and an extra bath to make 4 in all. The home was immaculate and roomy. Rich met us personally and greeted us warmly. He said that he only had one requirement for our family...."Have Fun!" Boy, did we ever. The garage turned into a game room kept the kids occupied, and there were two dining areas, so we were able to enjoy meals without being cramped. I would love to have found a place a little closer to Universal, but the half hour drive was not a problem. Disney Springs was even closer. Other than the distance to the Parks, the location was clean, relatively new and had all the conveniences you'd want nearby. An added nicety was that the electronic lock at the entrance was keyed to the last 4 digits of my cell, so I had no need to look it up or problem remembering it. If we ever return to Orlando, this will be our choice of a place to stay.

Stay Away

I have no idea how this house got so many positive ratings but from the beginning he has cameras outside and monitoring everything you do. how you park people that are coming in and out. It was a very stressful stay. The house needs a lot of updates they’re very cheap with their towels they expect you to wash your towels so that you can reuse them. The house was not very keen. And now I’m getting billed for parking violation fee for other than two vehicles( as if he was a cop ( mind you this is a five bedroom house) also getting billed for something “that he thinks might be broken” I would never stay here again the owner is a disgusting and cheap snob one of the toilets was not working and two of the bathtubs were clogged. And finally when we leave the cleaning crew is just waiting outside about 20 minutes before check out just watching everything you’re doing as if they’re watching a TV show it’s disgusting and stressful as if we didn’t have enough with the cameras watching everything that we do we also had an audience outside for check out.

Tuscan stay

The property and swimming pool were in great condition. If we had a need for something, like towels, the owners were immediately responsive and took care of us. Our only disappointment was really out of the owners' purview - we stayed on New Year's Eve and the neighbors played loud music and shot off fireworks until one o'clock in the morning. It made for a rough first evening, but the rest of our visit was without incident.

Great spot

Our experience renting this property overall was excellent. Clean, spacious, and everything worked the way it should. We did notice though, that there were no kitchen linens, no bathroom washcloths, and no spices what so ever. Also, we never found any trash bags to replace the kitchen can when we took out trash. Fortunately, I had brought along a couple so I did not need to purchase any. So, this is a great property! Just pack a few of your own household necessities and you'll be all set.

Just Okay

My friends and I were very excited to stay here with all the great reviews it had. The pool was pretty disgusting with hair from the previous guests everywhere in it. We also paid extra for it to be heated and even the hot tub was cold. We couldn’t go in the hot tub or pool at night because of it. The pans are very hard to cook on. We bought cooking spray and food still stuck to them. There were also no spices or basic cooking groceries like it says. Overall it was just an okay stay. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Bridal Retreat Weekend

We booked the house for 3 nights, however, needed to add another night. Olga was very helpful to make that happen! The place was so clean and beautiful, looked exactly like the photos! Olga and Rich were great hosts and made our stay a memory we wont ever forget! Thanks so much!

Excellent séjour

Belle maison, très propre, chambres confortables, équipement complet. Quartier calme. Bonne situation pour des visites variées (Ocala Forest, Kennedy Space center, et côte de l'espace). Commerces variés à proximité. L'espace extérieur est un peu réduit, limité aux abords de la piscine, avec l'horizon bouché par une haie très proche. Par ailleurs, tout était parfait, et nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

you need to tell people that they can only turn air conditioner down to 72 degrees when you are from northern wisconsin and it is winter you have your home at 65 degrees or lower at night to sleep also you need to let people know that you tell them the codes by e-mail so they have to have a way to access their e-mail away from their computer

Memories Made

This home has the prefect layout and location! We enjoyed the stay with our family. Only problem we had was the temperature inside but was worked out with owner. As we all know some like it colder than others but this didn’t deter us and we would rent again here! We love the delivery of a continental breakfast! The property was lovely. Exceptionally clean and true to the listing.

Well equipped Kitchen. Very family friendly environment. My only concern would be the checkin process. The owner was very responsive. Perhaps they have had previously been treated poorly by guests. However, I found the check in process a bit too intrusive.

this home provides everything you need for a great stay. you can relax and feel very comfortable. house is big enough that a large family has their own space. the pool and hot tub are great for relaxing away a stressful day at the parks. would recommend for anyone looking a great house.

Little touches make a big difference

Standard Davenport rental, well maintained with good amenities. Where Olga's house shines is in the small details. She left us complementary fruit and muffins, the kitchen had spices, paper plates and plastic cutlery in addition to lots of china and silverware. Coffee and tea were also provided along with coffee filters. A stroller and umbrella was available for use as well. Olga used one of our contact numbers for our electronic door code which made it very easy to remember at the end of a long day. I received a complete house guide 3 days before arrival that made finding and getting set up in the home very easy. Finally, Olga replied to my emails promptly and fully answered my questions. Overall, a great vacation. I fully recommend renting from Olga and Rich, they were perfect hosts.
