In a secure 4-storey residence with lift and swimming pool, this approximately 34m² studio, equipped for 3 people, is located near Port Santa Lucia and its shops (500m), opposite the Santa Lucia and Fournas creeks, the center city ​​and sandy beaches.

On the ground floor, facing South/West, the accommodation consists of a main room with a "wardrobe" bed for 2 people (140x190) + 1 sofa bed, an equipped kitchen (ceramic hob with 4 burners, microwave/Grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), a bathroom with large shower and washing machine and a separate WC. Large terrace with garden furniture. TV, Wifi, Air conditioning, Parking, Swimming pool.

* Reduction of 15% during the year from 15 consecutive days reserved (except from 05/07/25 to 23/08/25)

* Different services available to book at the same time as the rental:
- Rental of household linen (sheets with pillowcases and/or towels); price according to number of weeks, Info from the agency
- Baby cot rental: €30/stay

* Water and electricity consumption is billed from October to May according to current rates.

* Pets, if accepted, must not climb on the bed and/or sofa; they must be kept on a leash and their needs must be done outside the residence

Location à recommander

Appartement au rez-de-chaussée, agréable, clair, propre et bien équipé. Grande terrasse, piscine. Résidence calme, accès sécurisé au parking et aux appartements, attribution d'un emplacement numéroté pour la voiture. Situation : 10 mn à pied du port, 30 mn du centre-ville, boulangerie pratiquement en face de l'entrée. Tarif tout à fait raisonnable. Une location qu'on ne peut que recommander.

Évidemment le temps froid et les pluies ont gâché notre séjour.La propreté du studio laissait à désirer .La literie était vraiment limite.Il a fallu relaver la vaisselle du "2eme" rang.

bonjour, je suis surprise de votre commentaire puisque lorsque vous êtes parti vous m'avez dit que tout était ok... à part le temps effectivement. je suis navrée que la propreté du studio n'ai pas été à votre convenance, il aurait suffit de venir le signaler et le problème aurait été résolu, si problème il y avait. Idem pour la literie qui est lavée à chaque départ client.

Très beau logement

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour au sein de ce studio très bien agencé avec goût. La terrasse est un gros plus sur ce logement. La résidence est proche de toutes commodité sur Saint Raphaël. L’accueil de la responsable de l’agence a été très agréable. Si nous avions des recommandations a faire : il s’agirait de la piscine légèrement petite pour l’ensemble de la résidence occupé de manière générale par les résidents. Nous recommandons cet endroit et ce logement pour des vacances en couples

joli , agréable endroit

propriété conforme à la description dans laquelle l'ont se sent bien, concernant l'appartement le propriétaire devrait revoir la douche , impossible de se doucher agréablement car le pommeau est dirigé vers le mur. Je n'ai eu aucune facture ( reçu) pour le réglement des factures EAU et EDF , je n'ai d'ailleurs pas compris comment les dépenses ont pu êtres calculées, décevant

bonjour et merci pour votre commentaire. Au sujet de la salle de bain, nous en avons parlé le jour de votre départ et je vous ai indiqué qu'elle sera refaite sous peu. Au sujet des consommations d'eau et d'électricité, comme indiqué dans les informations envoyées avant votre arrivée, elles sont calculées en fonction des relevés des compteurs (pris avant votre arrivée, inscrits sur votre feuille d'état des lieux le jour de votre arrivée et vérifiables à l'arrivée comme au départ) et les prix y sont indiqués. Si vous voulez une facture, il suffit de la demander et je vous l'envoie.
