フォレストポンドコテージは、ニューヨーク北部のアディロンダック公園にあります。 ペットは、1滞在あたり/ペットにつき少額の料金で歓迎されます。 スノーモービルとATVトレイルへのアクセスはコテージからすぐです。 7エーカーのビーバー池の端に位置し、115エーカーの美しい森に囲まれています。 コテージは町の道路の端にある唯一の住居で、年間を通して簡単にアクセスでき、プライバシーが確保されています。 季節ごとに、まったく新しいアウトドアアクティビティが楽しめます。

コテージは、日常生活からのオアシスであり、家の中のあらゆる快適さを再現できます。 ハイカー、バイカー、クロスカントリースキー、ATV、スノーモービル用の無限のトレイルがあります。 湖、小川、川、山、そして何千エーカーもの国有地をお楽しみください。 結婚式、新婚旅行、記念日、家族の再会からプライベートな休暇まで、すべて揃っています。 個人や家族と時間や空間を共有するのに最適な場所です。 所有者は、ナンバー4ロードまで2マイルしか住んでいません。必要に応じて、いつでも利用できるように十分に近い。

We loved this place. It was very clean and cozy. Our dog loved being able to swim in the pond and roam freely. We were able to take the canoe out and walk the trails and enjoy the fall foliage. It’s super peaceful and beautiful!

What an amazing time. The cottage was clean and very cute. The dogs had a great time swimming and looking for frogs. We enjoyed the nearby lakes for swimming and found some nice hiking trails nearby. Can't wait to visit again with family

We had the most amazing stay at this cabin! It was the perfect getaway for my two boys that are on the autism spectrum. Being away from the noise and distractions of everyday life, with no cell service or WiFi, gave us the opportunity to truly slow down and enjoy each other. We spent our days canoeing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and exploring, and our evenings around the fire making s’mores with the dogs. 🛶The peaceful surroundings and privacy gave my boys the freedom to just be themselves and enjoy everything at their own pace. Watching them laugh, explore, and find their happy place together was something I’ll never forget.This cabin gave us more than a vacation; it gave us quality time, beautiful memories, and a chance to reconnect as a family. We are already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend this cabin to any family looking for a peaceful, private getaway.

Cozy, clean, supplied everything you may have forgotten to bring along! Beautiful setting, quiet & clean. Row boat & two canoes provided, grills, enclosed front porch, kids & adult games, videos & DVD & SMART TV. Private road, close to many things to do & see. The owners are inviting & gracious hosts.

Location of the cottage was perfect for a nice, relaxing weekend offline. The grounds were well maintained and the trails around the cottage were great. Carol and Dan were always available, however we found the cottage already had everything we needed.

Immaculately clean and well setup. Very cozy with the gas/propane stove. Owners came over. Very accommodating and friendly. Situated on a pond with canoes and a boat available. No cell or internet connectivity but a very private relaxing atmosphere

Easy 10/10. Carol and Dan are so welcoming and are amazing hosts. The cottage is clean inviting and had everything we could possible need. Was an incredible place to get away for a couple days. The pond and property are awesome to explore! We cant wait to get back in the Spring/summer

This is a classic Adirondack camp that through love and attention to detail by the wonderful hosts has truly earned the title of Adirondack Cottage. Very clean, welcoming, and has all those little things you dont think about until you need it.

Thank you for your review. Dan and I have had the Cottage for about 22 years now and we’ve loved every moment of it. It’s a wonderful way to meet new people as it is pretty secluded up here. Next spring, we are hoping to redo the whole front porch with much nicer windows, so everyone can enjoy the magical view provided by nature. Our nightly rate has not changed in the 22 years of ownership :) Carol~

It was everything we could have asked for. The cottage was cozy and well equipped with everything necessary to be comfortable. Carol and Dan, the hosts went over the top to make us feel welcomed. Their level of hospitality was that of family. We really felt and greatly appreciated it.

Had a very relaxing weekend! You can tell Carol and Dan really care for this place and aren't in it for the money. The cottage was surprisingly modern, very clean and well stocked with kitchen stuff, linens, and pet stuff. They also provide many movies, books, games, and puzzles. Other reviews are correct that this place has everything you could need, plus more. We really enjoyed the popcorn maker!Our dogs loved exploring the woods around the property and wading in the pond. We even took them out in the rowboat. We enjoyed the screen/sun porch. The hammock chair is very comfy! Spent many hours just sitting there enjoying the view. Expected to see more wildlife, but maybe it's still early in the year and a bit too cool.Carol was very easy to communicate with and answered some questions before we even asked. You can tell they are experiened hosts. We will definitely be repeat visitors!

Great cottage with plenty of room. The grounds are wonderful with the pond and trails. The hosts are accommodating and very kind. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan on returning in the winter.

Winters up here are amazingly beautiful. Snow on every tree branch sparkle in the day’s sun, the quietness surrounds one like a warm blanket. The star’s brilliant glow against a black velvety background. Priceless ❣️

Affordable , secluded, beautiful cottage with everything you need! Twenty min drive from town. Definitely a change for my family with a weekend away from the internet but was much needed! Snowmobiling trails right from the cottage were amazing. Aside from the fact my 2up caught on fire, Dan and Carol were amazing through it all. Very welcoming, caring, and made my family feel at ease through the chaos! We were so glad to have a charming cottage to come back to! We cannot wait to stay again, this time for ATV riding!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The owners are caring and attentive with good communication. The cottage is well appointed and dog friendly. Beds are comfy! Big bang for your buck. We had a mid-November stay for rest and relaxation without any plans to do anything. Nice paths near-by, beautiful private pond, quiet spot away from the road, would be extra lovely in Summer and Autumn weather. Kitchen very nice to use. Good bathroom. Definitely would stay here again.

We live 2 miles up from the cottage on Number Four Rd and have been at that residence for 40 years. Dan is a forester and went to ESF at Syracuse University. He also has his realtor license and works for Timberland Realty. The focus is on listing wooded parcels and some have camps, houses or other structures. To inquire about his listings you can email him at dempie@timberlandrealty.net. Dan,also, does private consulting for forestry & land management.
Carol has been an RN for over 30 years which has led to a very varied set of work skills. She also had a wellness & fitness center in Lowville for 11 years. Currently she is focusing on the cottage, looking into other business ventures.

We took care of the property for the 'long distant' owner for years before it became available for sale almost to the day of Carol closing her fitness center. There was a 'land developer' that was interested in the property also. Dr Fritelli was the current owner & had purchased the cottage and pond from Minnie Peck previously, who raised 5 children there. Dr Fritelli loved the property & entrusted much of the care, maintenance and management to Carol & Dan. He had it for his own private use. The developer (whom shall remain nameless) offered Dr Fritelli a fair market price for the cottage & land. Since the Empies had 'first refusal' we were able to match his offer to Dr Fritelli. Of course, the developer came back with a much more substantial offer. We could not match that. Dr Fritelli decided to sell the property to us at the first price and refused the developers. As stated earlier, he loved the property & knew we would take good care of it & share it with others without exploiting it. So, love of the land won against development and 'greener (money) pastures. Way to go Dr Fritelli...if only Ethan Allen & other business used you as an example!
We fixed up the cottage to share with others and, also, so we could afford it. We keep the rent very reasonable because we believe everyone should be able to enjoy the serenity of nature.
It was a lot of work but we enjoy work (crazy, huh!). Dr Fritelli would be proud. In our guest book he has a portion dedicated to his saying 'good bye' to his much loved land.
Our belief is to keep it affordable and always give more than what is expected.

I think the best way to describe the Forest Pond Cottage experience is to simply and truly experience the calm, penetrating healing of nature. Within all the comforts of home you will feel the relief of everyday stress. The cottage truly becomes your home away from home. The wind blowing through the trees, beavers busy being beavers, sunrises over the pond, fish jumping , frogs and peepers in the spring, little turtles trying to make it to the pond, deer wading in the waters edge, coyotes cackling at times it is all magical. There are several great close by places we share with guests as to how to find them. We call them “ the best kept secrets” in the Adirondacks. Visiting here is like finding yourself~
