北ポルトガルの山の中にある小さな村にある美しい家で、伝統的な農業を主な活動として使用しています。
オルバセムは海から6 kmの田舎の楽園で、眠い漁村やアンコラとモレドの沿岸市場に簡単にアクセスできます。

Casa do Pinhalは、温かく快適な雰囲気を演出するために、伝統的なスタイルで装飾されています。

1階には、屋外での食事に理想的なテラスに通じる2つの二重ドアがあるリビング/ダイニングルームがあります。 快適な屋外のテーブルと椅子があり、8人まで着席できます。

食器洗い機、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、電気コンロ、オーブンなどを備えた設備の整ったキッチン ドアは庭に通じています。

ダイニングルーム/リビングルームから3寝室のある1階に続く短い階段があります。 2つのシングルベッドとそれぞれ結婚したの2つ。

ベッドルームの1つには、専用のバスルームと、渓谷の素晴らしい景色を望むバルコニーに続くドアがあります。

他の2つのベッドルームと共有するバスタブ付きのフルバスルームがあります。

外には家の周りの庭と屋根付きのバーベキューエリアがあります。 プールの深さは10.00メートルx 5.00メートル、深さは90〜1.75メートルです。 家の周囲の庭は約2500平方メートルあり、いくつかのエリアとテラスに分かれています。 この配置は、日光浴や休憩に最適なさまざまな環境と隅を作成します。 また、約800 m2の果樹園（オレンジ、イチジク、マルメロなど）のある地域もあり、自然や田舎の地域ともっと触れ合うことができます。

家は、商店、バー、ビーチ、レストランがあるアンコラの小さな漁村から約12 kmです。 北（+ 10 km）と南の両方で、海岸全体が美しいビーチで構成されています。

Lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The selling point for us was the garden and pool. The garden is very big and it is very well maintained. The house is situated very quiet. No noisy neighbours around. The inside of the house can do with a little bit more attention here and there. The sofa was quite low I struggled to stand up all the times. Unfortunately the washing machine broke down during our stay. The owner offered us that the housekeeper took our laundry to the local laundry service. Which we appriciated very much. Afifi beach is a very beautiful beach to visit. Aldi and Continente Bom Dia is about 10 km away in Vila Ancora de Praia. We visited a lot of towns like Braga, Ponte de Lima, Vila Ancora de Praia.

Skønt hus i smukke og rolige omgivelser

Huset ligger smukt og der er meget roligt. Der er nem adgang til og fra Porto lufthavn. Og det er nemt at køre til de nærliggende strande. Vi nåede ikke så mange af de nærtliggende byer, da der var så skønt ved huset ;-). Bolig kan bestemt anbefales, hvis man ønsker en rejse til det nordlige Portugal. Vi er en familie på 6 med 4 store børn - huset var perfekt til os. Pool er ren og meget velholdt. Området ved pool er skønt og dejligt med poolhåndklæder. Meget naturlig skygge på grunden - dejligt, da der var varmt i den uge, vi var i huset. Nøgle udleveret af housekeeper og ikke udlejer. Der manglede desværre en gæstebog, men udlejer besvarede tålmodigt alle spørgsmål via mail. Huset - særlig køkkenet - mangler lidt en brush-up, men det er stadig dejligt, og der er meget charme. Køkkenet kunne godt bruge nogle større gryder og pander, så der nemmere kan laves mad til 6 personer. Indkørsel er smal, så vi parkerede på vejen, da en 7 personers bil har svært ved at komme igennem lågen. Det gik fint at parkere uden for lågen. God wifi-forbindelse - bedst i stuen, men det er helt ok. Alt i alt havde vi en rigtig dejlig ferie :-).

Peaceful and relaxing break

Lovely setting in the hills, and well located for visiting other parts or north Portugal and Galicia. Villa was well laid out, kitchen could be better equipped but we coped! Was warm during the stay but you can relax around the pool and do some nice walks! Ideal property in my view, would love to live there!

Una casa grande con mucho campo para nuestra mascota,el encantado y nosotros también ya que la piscina es grande y ni un ruido,si quieres desconectar del trabajo y la ciudad,es la casa perfecta,el dueño muy amable y nos dio todas las facilidades,somos viajeros y nunca repetimos casa pero esta fijo que repetimos.

Bonita casa de campo en el norte de Portugal

Bonita casa de campo situada en zona rural de Portugal a 15 m de las playas de Ancora y Caminha. Un jardín para disfrutar y relajarte. Entorno rodeado de bosque. Casa de sonho

A casa está localizada num sítio maravilhoso onde a vista é soberba. O espaço exterior é perfeito com uma piscina muito bonita, de dimensões generosas e enquadrada por um vasto jardim. Diria que em relação a este aspeto seria dificil ser melhor. A casa é confortável com uma decoração tradicional de muito bom gosto. A cozinha poderia estar mais bem apetrechada mas tem o necessário. No nosso caso faltou uma máquina para tostas. Os baloiços referidos não estavam disponíveis. Na envolvente não há comércio. Para ir ao supermercado optámos por ir a VP Âncora, a 10 km. Em termos gerais, recomendo, sem dúvida, esta casa. O espaço exterior é de sonho! Os jantares lá fora a ver o pôr-do-sol vão deixar muitas saudades. Espero poder voltar para o ano com as crianças que aqui foram muito felizes!

Tranquilidad

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables, sobre todo por el exterior de la vivienda, con jardín cuidado y amplio y una zona de piscina perfecta. La zona es bastante tranquila, y a 20 minutos en coche se llega al pueblo de Vila Praia de Áncora, que cuenta con buenas playas. El propietario, Rodrigo, muy atento en todo momento.

Casa perfecta para vacaciones

Todo perfecto! La casa es una maravilla, situada en una zona increíble. Muy tranquila y con todas las comodidades. Con niños pequeños, la piscina separada de la casa ha sido la mejor opción, muy recomendable. Tanto el recibimiento recibido como el contacto con Rodrigo han sido impecables.

A gem of a house nestled in the hills, 10 minutes from the beach

The house is solid stone and stays cool in the heat. It's tastefully decorated with classic dark wood and terracotta floors. The bedrooms are all comfortably large, the bathrooms are clean and function well with adequate hot water for a family. There is covered parking for two cars; a real benefit in the heat. The pool is properly maintained without using too much chlorine. There is a beautiful church only five minutes or so by foot. The gardens have green lawns and offer enough space for guests to find their own little corner to snooze away the afternoon. We stayed with a two year old and other than normal supervision, there was no need for special attention; the pool is entirely shut-off with a gate, and there is a swingset, a wendy-house, and a model ride-on tractor. The weather in this region is cooler than I expected, which makes sleeping comfortable. There is often an ocean mist in the morning, which burns away by lunchtime. The beaches are incredible, even on the weekend you can find your own patch of sand. There are acceptable restaurants, good snacks and beach shops along the front in VP Ancora. The local towns are worth a visit, with historical sites and a nice market in Viana do Castelo. The only thing that could have made this stay better would have been a more modern washing machine for clothes, but we managed OK nonetheless. Really, an exceptional week, with a warm personal welcome from the owner. It can be a little tricky to find, even with GPS. The best way is to use the church ('Igreja') as a landmark.

Casa y jardin relajante

Hemos pasado la primera semana de julio, el tiempo no nos acompaño mucho, pero la casa, y su jardin y piscina son un remanso de paz y tranquilidad. Destacar la variedad de flores, arboles y arbustos. La piscina ideal separada del resto, sobre todo cuando se viaja con niños. Y para destacsr tambien tanto el check in, como y sobre todo el check out, q fue tofo un lujo. Gracias. M@ luisa& familia

Schöner Urlaub im Norden Portugals

Wir haben im Juli 2,5 Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus mit einem wundervollen und sehr großen Garten verbracht. Der Garten ist in verschiedene Ebenen unterteilt und bietet sehr viele schattige Plätzchen. Es sind ausreichend Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden. Auch für Ballspiele war ausreichend Platz. Der Pool ist sehr schön groß. Auf der Terrasse, mit herrlichem Blick ins Tal, gibt es einen Tisch für 6 Personen. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel, abseits größerer Straßen. Also sehr ruhig. Das Haus liegt ca. 15 Fahrminuten von Ancora entfernt. Dort findet man auch den nächsten größeren Supermarkt und natürlich den Strand. In Ancora gibt es verschiedene Restaurants. Als Basis für verschiedene Ausflüge ist das Haus sehr gut geeignet. Bis nach Porto sind es ca. 80 km, bis nach Santiago de Compostela ca. 150 km (Achtung: Beim Grenzübertritt nach Spanien Zeitumstellung beachten.)

Beautiful villa in quiet rural location

This is a beautiful villa set in some lovely gardens. The sea is just visible from the balcony when the weather is fine. The property is clean, well furnished and comfortable. The owner showed us around the property on arrival and left a small welcome pack which was an unexpected surprise. The pool was excellent and would be particularly good for families with children as is was quite shallow at one end. There are minimal amenities locally in the village, but it was in a beautiful peaceful setting and a joy to wander about. Supermarket and beaches are only 15 mins drive away. We enjoyed the local Ancora river and in the end wished we had had the time to explore more if its beautiful pools and cascades. The Quinta d'Arga restaurant in Dem, also about 15 mins drive, was excellent for a blow out steak washed down with frothy Vinho Verde.

Both love to meet new people and travel with their parents. We live in Porto, a beautiful city on the Douro River, known for its famous wine cellars and Oporto, as well as its romantic scenery, friendly people, unforgettable cuisine and charming streets.
On weekends we like to go to the beach, sailing, or having long dinners with friends in our cozy quiet home in Caminha
