This Wonderful condo made the vacation great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was just what my family needed it’s location was so perfect look out the back porch and the river is right there with a walking path to seating areas. Then the pool is right next to it as well. So perfect that the porch was lit up so nice with fans. The condo was clean comfy and so relaxing with sooo much storage space! We would love to stay here again! The host Shawna was so responsive kind and helpful! What a great place to stay! Nothing negative to say.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication was great with Shanna. We drove in from Georgia and arrived at 4:00 am and was extremely tired. Shanna had all our information to get into the rental available in there after hours locker. The rental was gorgeous. I especially liked that it was on the first floor and right in front of the pool. We went swimming at night. Costco's and Walmart are so close to this rental. The neighbors were so helpful. It was so welcoming and clean. We stayed five days and the beds were so comfortable. I will definitely rent this same unit again. Thank you.

One of my favorites!

Loved everything about this home! So close to everything and so relaxing. The pools and pond/river were wonderful. Very quiet area. Checkin was a little hairy but luckily we had plans to fill the wait. Communication was top notch!

Ideal Location, needs a little more thought

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: clean unit. Solid, quality furniture. Perhaps give a little extra thought to bedroom layouts. Master has two beds, one which partially blocks the bathroom door. Bathrooms could use a little upgrading.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Location. Loved watching Boats go by. Black Mold in master Bath due to poor install of flooring and failure to use correct Trim materials or complete caulking at base of tub. Great neighbors. Unable to use mailbox or put broken knives and poor quality cookware in storage unit. I thought as a Longtime renter (7 months) I would be granted access. Meh! No sheets on either Queen bed in 2nd bedroom and NO room to walk into bath without smackin yer knee on the bedframe. Master bed hard as a rock even after requested Mattress topper was provided. Stiffest 1 I have ever felt and took 3 months to arrive (poor communication with management ??).Master Bedframe & headboard not mated correctly either making entire bed uneven. With the TV in Master unusable (broken?) the whole master bed/bath was unusable! The Fridge needs to be leveled properly as the doors either slammed shut or swung open, smacking the wall. The Co. used for cleaning services should be FIRED as the bathrooms were NOT properly cleaned!! I would recommend this as soon as problems resolved. Great Gated Community.

We would not rent this unit again (Rented 7/27/19 to 8/3/19)

The pictures do not accurately depict the condition of this unit. 1. When we first arrived, the master bedroom had no shade or curtain! This is a first floor unit and that room faces the parking lot. Thankfully, maintenance came to replace a dryer part that someone else had complained about. We told him about the shade, and he fixed it right away. Very nice man! 1. The floors were filthy. Within the first hour of walking barefoot inside the unit, our feet were black. I purchased cleaning wipes to clean the bathroom floors--very gross. We wore our flip flops the entire week inside. 2. MOLD!!!! We would not even TOUCH the kitchen window with the amount of mold all around the window! 3. There are four globe lights in the bathroom; three were burnt out; the one was an outdoor flood light! 4. Bathroom 2 had no light in the toilet area. 5. Bathroom 1 and 2: The towel bars had been removed but the spakeled holes were not painted; holes still visible; very poor repairs. 6. Shower curtain was rusted. 7. Patio had dead bugs and spider webs all over. We had to vacuum before we could enjoy sitting outside. 8. Patio had live bugs as well. We had to use Raid every day. 9. Master bedroom TV has no remote. You get one channel--Headline News. There are several remotes in the unit, but they did not work that TV. Good things: 1. Washer and dryer worked well. 2. Good water pressure. 3. No carpeting (except for the patio which really should be tiled). 4. Pool was nice. 5. Location to the intercoastal was nice. 6. Grounds were clean and well maintained. 7. Security was always around and very friendly. It is a shame. This could be a nice unit, but it needs a lot of work.

August 2018 Stay

I was very pleased with the place!!! It was clean, spacious and a great view of the waterway. Everything u need they provided. Feels like a home away from home.
