Location, location is the key… a quiet area but yet close to everything. The layout of the condo was very accommodating and very clean. The host Tim was always available when needed. Well recommended for most but not for someone who is wheelchair bound. I will stay again.

Solid stay

Met our needs. Wonderful location with superb access to beach. Property is dated, but maintained well. It contained the essentials. Our visit was in early May so temperature was manageable.

My Stay

The location of this property is excellent. The unit itself could use an update especially the sofa. It was nice having a recliner in the living area. The master bed was very comfortable. For an older couple going 3 flights of stairs was hard. Location to beach was great.

Excellent location, great value!

Classic accommodations in an Outstanding location with a great view! The community and pool area was very nice as well. We found it to come & go as you like with much more convenient parking access than you get with other condos nearby. Host was terrific and highly responsive.

Sports Getaway

This location was perfect. It was very convenient drive to the Doug Shaw stadium where my daughter participated in the NCAA track and field event. A short walk to the beach and pool was beautiful

Beautiful view

Loved being right across from the ocean. The pool and deck areas were very nice. We enjoyed nice walks on the beach. Good value for the space and location - grounds of property were very nicely kept.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect place for my sister and I to stay. The condo is everything that is described and more. The location is amazing, close to good restaurants and shopping. The condo community is quiet and peaceful, and the beach is very private. Tim was easy to communicate with, answering any questions immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

location, location, location!

The condo is exactly as described. Was it extravagant and luxurious? Nope. However, it was perfect walking distance from the ocean and close enough to enjoy the boardwalk, yet far away enough to not be trapped in the hustle and bustle. If you like nostalgia, you'll love watching Twister or Death Becomes Her on VHS- and yes, I did rewind them when I was done. The pool and hot tub were clean and easily accessible and check-in and parking were a piece of cake. The owners were super friendly and gave me a call ahead of time and to see if I had any questions and concerns. My only complaint is a few beach towels provided would've been cool.

Perfect Spot

This was the perfect quaint condo that was so close to the beach and had a wonderful pool. Great location to restaurants and grocery stores. Spent lots of time at the beach and pool. Enjoyed peaceful morning coffees on the balcony. This condo had everything we needed for then week. Tim contacted me before the week by email and phone to make sure we had all the information we needed and if we had any questions. Had the best and most relaxing week there! Thank you!

Awesome beach condo!

Our stay here was really great! The condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. The private beach which was just a tiny walk, was awesome. You’ll never have to fight for a spot near the water. The pool and hot tub were equally fun. The condo is close to all restaurants, and other entertainment. The Boardwalk at the Beach, wax museum, and the outlet malls were a fun way to spend some time when we weren’t having a beach day. I also want to mention how helpful Tim, the owner was. He called me to make sure I had received all the information needed for a smooth check in and provided helpful information about the area. Would definitely recommend!
