Great Location and Amenities – Just Needs a Few UpdatesWe had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is in a fantastic location—close to everything we wanted to do, yet quiet and peaceful. The layout is spacious, and the amenities were spot on: fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a beautiful backyard space that was perfect for relaxing.The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that two of the three bathrooms could use some updating. They were clean and functional, but a bit dated compared to the rest of the home. A refresh would really elevate the overall experience.That said, we still thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely consider staying again. With a few small upgrades, this place would be perfection!

We were visiting for a college tour for my daughter and to see the Iron Bowl. This home and location couldn’t have been better for a 2 nights stay for 4 people. It wasn’t cheap, but nothing in Tuscaloosa is on a Bama football weekend, and we had zero regrets! 5/5 stars.

Great location!

This cute house was a short walk to the stadium and beautifully decorated! The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed hanging out in the private backyard and using the fire pit. We will definitely book this house again for future stays.

Perfect place, great location!

Gracious historic home, comfortable layout, very functional. Love that all the bedrooms have access to a bathroom. Well decorated, immaculate, great amenities! Flats screens in every room, including the kitchen! Cute backyard. The location is perfect, close enough to everything, but very quiet. Literally 3 min drive or 12 min walk to the Alabama campus! Will certainly stay again! Roll Tide!

We rented this darling property for a long weekend and couldn’t have been more delighted. The property was just as described. Bedding, towels, etc were all top quality and beautiful. We would stay at this property again without hesitation.

Alabama Charm was awesome!!!

Can’t say enough about this adorable place! We stayed for the weekend and had everything we could think of. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds very comfy and the front porch our second living room! The owners went overboard with welcome snacks and felt like we had hit the snack jackpot! Can’t wait to stay again!!

Awesome Place!

Loved staying here. We had our children over and everyone was together in this spacious home. So very nicely decorated! If you like luxury, this is it! Loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone.

T-Town Perfection

Absolutely gorgeous

Pure luxury, every attention to detail has been thought of in this beautiful historic home. Its been completely remodeled but still has many features of the original home. The sheets and blankets were the finest pure cotton money can buy. The pillows of soft down. The towels are luxurious. Every amenity has been thought of for your convenience. The home is in a darling historic neighborhood, literally a few blocks from the Bryant-Denny Stadium. Kim at Bama rentals is amazing to work with. She and her staff were always there if we needed them. Will definitely stay there again

This house is located in the stunning, City of Tuscaloosa's Historic District! When staying in the historic district, you will be extremely close to Downtown Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama's Campus/Strip, as well as wonderful walking trails with an old world, comfortable feel. The trade off is that there are strictly enforced noise ordinances and rules (noise, visitor, & parking restrictions). It is crucial that these rules are adhered to, as the historic district is under a lot of scrutiny. It is important that our guests are respectful of full time residents who have made their full-time home in this area.

Walking distance to UofA campus, Bryant Denny Stadium, walking trails, downtown restaurants, shopping, and more!
