Beautifully remodeled condos in the highly sought after historic district close walking distance to the stadium. Over 1400 SF of living and entertaining space. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home, lots of windows and furnished in a contemporary style. Home has great amenities such as smart TV's in each bedroom, Viking appliances in kitchen, outdoor grill, & outdoor games, etc.

Entire condo is located on the 1st floor of home. Homes are situated on large lot. 3 sister properties available next door. Message for discounts over 3 days and flexible check in/out.

Upon entry:
The Smart TV entertainment center serves as the centerpiece to a comfortable living room with access to the outdoor covered patio with dining table and seats. The adjoining dining room & kitchen seat a total of 8. The gorgeous kitchen offers ample cabinet space, waterfall countertops, and Viking appliances. Washer/dryer off of the kitchen.

Master Suite:
The private master suite boasts a king bed and walk-in closet, en suite bathroom and private entrance and porch.

King Bedroom:
The second king bedroom has a closet and full bathroom with shower.

Queen Bedroom:
The middle bedroom has a closet and shower/tub combo bathroom en-suite.

The furnished porches make for great places to relax and/or host during the day or evening. You'll enjoy the convenience of an outdoor propane grill, covered porches, large paved driveway.

*Lot behind homes will be utilized for game day parking. Guests will be able to utilize their paved parking. Lot also available for event rental brought to you by RiposoRentals.

Summer Graduation Weekend

We were able to come in a few hours early due to early flights. Jen was great, i was able to get in touch and she helped us check in. We walked in and it was a wow factor. The place is beautiful, high end appliances, open concept, very very clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were so comfortable. The are is in the historical section so it was very quiet. The guests upstairs and the neighbors next door very friendly. We walked to pretty much everything. I had to stay an extra night due to my daughters car issue. And luckily she was able to accommodate us. It was hard to leave, made me sad i wont be back again for quite a while. Definately recommend this condo.

Perfect parents weekend

The property was outstanding! Everything from the appliances to the furnishings was high in, top notch. Very quiet, but walking distance easily to the stadium and to the strip. Definitely will rent again.

Better Than Expected

As soon as we entered the property, ceiling fan invitingly rotating, air conditioner cooling at a proper temperature, and overall atmosphere smelling clean and light we knew that all was well. The manager responded promptly to all of our questions; she is an absolute gem. The neighborhood was pleasantly homey. The grocery store and bars are within walking distance. Nothing went wrong; everything was so right...would book this property again and again.

University of Alabama visit

We had an outstanding visit at UA and Tuscaloosa. This was a perfect location. Every detail was thought of! Host was extremely accommodating. The furnishings were really nice. Beautiful property! Plenty of parking also. Definitely can’t wait to come back.

Amazing Property

Brand new rental property. Owners have done a terrific job with the condo, furnishings and outfitting the kitchen. Extremely attentive to questions and requests. Will definitely book again and recommend to anyone wanting a top-notch place close to campus.
