Not as described

This review is on the property only (the host is actually very responsive and nice). This property is definitely not as nice as the description or pictures. This property is looks run down, there are spider webs everywhere outside the property. When we first arrived, we walked through several spider webs inside the house, the house felt dusty and hot (there is no AC and no ceiling fans in the rooms). We tried to air out the house but the master bedroom window had no screen, so we could not open the window (and chose not to open it so no spiders or other bugs/animals would come inside). There was also no screen door for the patio area, which would have allowed for a lot of air flow, so we also had it closed because there was a stray cat on the property and didn't want anything to get inside the house. The mattresses on the beds were cheap, not comfortable. The bed sheets in the master bedroom looked dirty, and we were considering washing them in the washer/dryer on the property but there were also wet sheets in the washer and I did not want to touch them. I ended up buying new sheets and used them on the master bedroom bed cause I was not comfortable with the sheets provided. One of the other guests said she heard a mouse in her room one night (never saw it though). Our group made the best of our stay, but I would never book this property again.

Nice house

The house looked just like the pics and was very roomie!! Our family had a great time and the kids had plenty of room to play. Thank you Kevin for your hospitality.

Excellent stay in San Francisco area

Beautiful home with many amenities. Quiet neighborhood. The house was very spacious and very comfortable. I had an issue with the way I booked the home, Kevin was very responsive and was able to accommodate us!

Great space for a department retreat!

My team enjoyed a two-night stay at this property for a retreat. We spent most of our time in the living room/kitchen area, which was comfortable for our group of 6 people. The kitchen was well equipped except for the lack of a large serving bowl. Everything worked well and the home is in good condition. We were happy with our stay! A note for future guests - bring your own kitchen towels and bathroom washcloths/hand towels if you want them, as those are not provided. (Bath towels, paper towels, and toilet paper were included.)
