Perfect location

Great choice

We had a pleasant stay. Great accommodation with a great view. Very silent and relaxing neighborhood. Thanks a lot to our relaxed hosts for having us even though we were all under 25 :)

Summer Holiday in Dreamy Mountains

We, a group of 11 young adults, had a really great time at this perfect location. The house itself offered more than enough space for everybody and there were no problems with literally anything. Easy Check-In, easy Check-Out and the owners were always very helpful. All in all a perfect stay. Thanks for everything. :)

Fantastic!

The house is perfect for two families with spacious areas indoor and outdoor. We traveled with four teenagers and enjoyed the pool, volleyball- area, pool and tabletennis. The kitchen is well equipped and we made most meals in the house, great shopping nearby Sondrio. We visited the lake Como several times during the week and also the small but charming town Sondrio. The people in the area is very friendly and the environment so beautiful. We hope to return next summer to explore the area even moore. Sara and Stefano are great hosts and we truly recommend a stay in their house!

Un petit coin de paradis

Voilà un endroit incroyable pour venir se reposer au soleil et expérimenter la farniente à l'italienne, ou encore pour partir randonner dans les montagnes, ou même encore aller se reposer sur les rives du lac de Côme. De plus, les propriétaires sont adorables et très réactifs. N'hésitez pas!

Casa perfetta per un weekend tra amici. Casa molto grande e ben organizzata per i gruppi. Piscina con vista molto caratteristica. Possibilità di grigliare in una grande griglia all'aperto. Tavoli all'aperto coperti dove si può stare fuori a mangiare in compagnia senza disturbare nessuno. Super consigliata!

La pace dei sensi

Esperienza più che positiva. La proprietaria, estremamente disponibile, ci ha lasciato la possibilità di orari check in e check out flessibili. Il posto è molto grande e dispone di tutto il necessario per divertirsi e rilassarsi. Da una parte calcetto, ping pong e campo da pallavolo, dall'altra piscina, barbecue e un bel gazebo molto spazioso.

Innanzitutto Sara é stata una super host: disponibile, gentile, pratica e cordiale; a differenza di tanti altri ci ha dato la possibilità di fare check-in e check-out a nostra scelta e questo é stato assolutamente un plus. Casa meravigliosa dotata di ogni cosa, in posizione fantastica.. le foto sono assolutamente reali. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Weekend da ricordare

Sara si è dimostrata un'ottima padrona di casa. Una volta effettuata la prenotazione ci ha permesso di vedere la casa una settimana prima del nostro soggiorno. Come dalle foto, siamo stati colpiti soprattutto dalla bellezza del contesto paesaggistico, una vista sulle vette innevate e tutta la vallata. Abbiamo soggiornato per una festa di compleanno che è stata un grande successo vista la possibilità di sfruttare la casa in tutta la sua ricchezza. Hanno giocato un ruolo fondamentale il barbecue, la cucina molto attrezzata, la terrazza su cui abbiamo giocato a calcio balilla e la bellissima sala interna con caminetto. Tutti gli ospiti sono rimasti soddisfatti della location e assicurano che la prenderanno in considerazione per eventuali prossimi weekend estivi. Stefano e Stefania

Beautiful house in a non touristic area but still next to the Como Lake

Dear Sara, thanks for having us in your beautiful house! We visited Saras house with ten people (two families, each three kids from 1-8 years). From the arriving until our leaving Sara supported us with her advices to finding local touristic and non tourstic spots in the region. Thanks therefor Sara! The location of the house is very beautiful with a magic view of the mountains. The garden is perfect for families with kids. There are a lot of possibilities (except the pool, which our kids loved :-)) to play around the house the whole day. We also enjoyed all the shadow places around the house and eating outside most of the time. The house is located on a very beautiful region of Italy! We really liked the non touristic area, where the house is located. Next to the house a small circular path is starting, passing same small original mountain villages. Also there is a beautiful mountain valley called "Val de Masino" where you arrive by car in about 15 minutes, offering also possibilities to hike with smaller kids. In 30-40 minutes you arrive Como Lake. A very beautiful place to swim! The water quality is high and the beaches a perfect also for smaller children. We went there a few times, often parking is free! And it is really non problem to get there from the house! Alltogether we can really recommend the house and the region!

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso in Valtellina

La casa è spartana ma ha tutto il necessario per vivere un weekend in assoluto relax. La cucina è ben attrezzata, i letti sono comodi e la zona giorno molto grande. Il bel tempo ci ha permesso di sfruttare anche la griglia esterna, le amache e il ping-pong. Sara, la padrona di casa, disponibilissima e molto gentile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa tra le vigne è decisamente consigliata se si vuole trascorrere un fine settimana nella natura e in totale relax!

Schnuckeliges, antikes Haus in wunderschöner, einsamer Lage

Wir haben die Woche in der "Casa Sara" sehr genossen. Man hat viel Platz, einen eigenen Pool und ein wunderschönes Ambiente. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist, wenn man als zwei Familien dort urlaubt, eine von Beiden immer über die Küche und außer Haus auf die Toilette gehen muss. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war optimal. In einer halben Stunde Autofahrt ist man am Comer See.

Fantastic view

We were 2 families on Holiday together and had a great time in this cosy place. The pictures online do not do the view any justice, it is breathtaking! The fact that the house is located in a very non-touristy area is only an added bonus. Drive up towards Bagne De Masino for more spectacular sights and remember to visit Culmine in Ardenno town for great local food! I can only recommend this place :)

Tolle Aussicht

Wir - zwei Familien mit zusammen 5 Kindern im Alter von 3 bis 9 Jahren - waren während einer Woche im Oktober in Saras Haus. Die ganze Kommunikation mit Sara im Vorfeld verlief reibungslos, der Empfang war nett und wartete mit ein paar lokalen Spezialitäten auf (Wein, Äpfel, u.a.), was sehr schön anzusehen war. Das Haus hat eine tolle Terasse, welche bei schönem Wetter (und das hatten wir glücklicherweise) genossen werden kann, wobei die beiden Sonnenschirme leider nicht mehr funktionierten. Einen Grillplatz gibt's ebenfalls. Allgemein fanden wir den Aussenbereich für Kinder sehr toll - niemanden hat's gestört, wenn sie Lärm machten oder wenn beim Fussballspiel Tore bejubelt wurden. Mit der Infrastruktur des Hauses waren wir einigermassen zufrieden (grosses Plus: Waschmaschine), wobei wir gerade für die Küche recht viele Sachen dazu kaufen mussten, es hatte z. Bsp. keine einzige brauchbare Kelle, keinen Teigroller und keinen Sparschäler (dafür gab's eine riesige Brotschneidmaschine). Die Küche ist allgemein etwas umständlich eingerichtet, zudem fehlt ein Eimer für den Abfall, was wir als recht störend empfanden, da so ständig ein loser Abfallsack rumstand. Dies könnte man mit wenig Aufwand beheben. Wenn man sich mit der seltsamen Innenarchitetur mal angefreundet hat (Esszimmer ist im 1. Stock, Küche im Parterre, direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer, die Nasszellen sind durch gefühlte hundert Türen voneinander getrennt), kann man sich an der Weitsicht und dem Sonnenuntergang freuen, welche in beinahe allen Räumen sichtbar sind. Die Lage des Hauses (Nähe zu Wanderwegen, zentral und doch abgelegen, etc.) ist top. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Wie der Aufenthalt geworden wäre, wenn das Wetter schlecht gewesen wäre, können wir nur erahnen. Die Abgabe am Ende der Woche war sehr unkompliziert. Wir danken Sara und ihrem Mann auf jeden Fall für alles und können das Haus insgesamt gerade für Familien weiterempfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa x il mio 29esimo compleanno, posto molto accogliente, spazioso e tranquillo, niente di meglio per passare un momento di festa con gli amici più intimi, tutto molto funzionale e bene tenuto, i 2 proprietari poi sono persone splendide che ti fanno sentire subito a tuo agio, consigliato x ogni attività che sia relax vacanza o un giretto in questa valle stupenda

casa bellissima panorama pazzesco

ho festeggiato qua i miei 30 anni assieme a mio fratello. La casa curatissima, giardino spettacolare e ampio terrazzo con pin pong. Spazi distribuiti bene di modo che le due camere avessero una certa privacy. La parte più bella è senz'altro il giardino con vista spettacolare. Sara è stata gentilissima e super disponibile. bellissima !!!!

Sono stata in questa meravigliosa villa a festeggiare il mio compleanno.. La vista è a dir poco meravigliosa, il giardino curatissimo e le amache dove poterti sdraiare a prendere il sole.. Inoltre ci si puo' divertire anche giocando a Ping Pong nell'ampio terrazzo. Sara è stata gentilissima e ha permesso che passassimo un compleanno indimenticabile. Anche tutti i miei ospiti erano contenti della scelta, e grazie alle ampie camere abbiamo avuto la nostra privacy. Tornerei domani. Voto 10 Elena
