Great Place

House is very well decorated with plenty of space and amenities. Beach is across the street. Location is convenient to anything you need and key attractions. If you have little ones the Lynn Discovery is a couple blocks over and our toddler absolutely loved it. Kathryn is an excellent host. We would book again 10 out of 10 times and hope to be back in the future.

Family getaway

House was very clean and well stocked. Close to restaurants, casinos and various things to do. Short walk to the beach but you have to cross a busy road to get there. Definitely would stay here again.

Christmas in Mississippi

We had a great stay at the property during the Christmas week. The home’s layout was perfect and we really enjoyed the warmer weather (for us Midwesterners) and relaxing in the mornings with coffee on the balcony.The beach was a quick walk for us, and our dogs got their first experience in the ocean!Every room was spotless, and the kitchen was well-stocked and accessories were easy to find.The host is awesome! We didn’t need any advice or help while on the trip, but I have no doubt she would have taken care of anything we needed.

Great stay!

The house was beautiful and very clean. Its a short walk to the beach! Had just about everything we needed there. Great screened in porch and sitting area under the home. There is not fenced in yard but the home is pet friendly and out dogs did fine with it. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Peaceful family friendly location

Deserves all 5 stars in cleanliness, comfort, location and provisions! Beautiful pier home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, porches around bottom and top story, with loungers, rocking chairs, hammock, grill and patio table. Plus a super relaxing screened in porch overlooking the beach. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry area, bicycles, beach chairs, wagon with umbrella and sand toys. You do have to cross a road to beach, buts it still within easy walking distance from house.

This home is beautiful and very spacious. The screened in porch was our favorite spot. Nice to sit out in the morning and have a cup of coffee looking out at the gulf and gorgeous white sand. The neighborhood is also quiet. The host was so kind and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the gulf coast.

Very nice property - easy location

We were there for a birthday get together with people from all over the Midwest. The house was immaculate and easily accessible to anything in the Gulfport/Biloxi area. Great time and very welcoming hosts.

Owner was very helpful with recommendations. House was one of the nicest we have ever stayed at. Very clean. We brought our pups and they had a nice yard for them. Will definitely recommend and stay there again!

Nice quiet beach getaway

We stopped at this gem on a road trip and stayed 2 nights. Very clean, comfortable beds and so close to the beach. Everything was perfect and Kathryn's communication was just perfect. We will definitely book again if we find ourselves near Golfport.

Hi I'm Kathryn! I am originally from Canada and now live with my little fam on the Gulf Coast. We are a military family, and as my husband gets ready to retire from the Air Force, we have decided to make Gulfport our forever home. We hope to share our love of this area with you! I have two wonderful and busy little kiddos, as well as a beautiful, yet stubborn Australian cattle dog. We love to travel as a family, so we understand what it takes to provide inviting, relaxing and enjoyable accommodations for everyone that we are fortunate enough to host. I have a background in customer service and strive to create the best possible customer experience for each and everyone one of you. I believe in doing the little things well, and will try to accommodate any request you may have to ensure your time at our home will exceed your expectations. We built this home specifically as a vacation rental, so everything thought and detail to the home had our guests in mind. The open floor plan allows for plenty of time together, yet has enough space and living areas (indoor and outdoor) that guests can spread out and relax on their own as well. Our screened in porch is a guest favorite which is perfect for evening sunsets or morning coffees while looking out at the beautiful Gulf Coast views. We hope you'll go out and explore this amazing area along the Gulf Coast, but when you are spending time at the house, then we have fast wifi, Netflix, cable TV, board games, comfy beds, corn hole, bicycles and so much more for you to enjoy!

I am also a local resident, and can provide custom recommendations for you to suite your specific requests. The home has a warm and inviting feel, which instantly makes you feel on vacation. I have added bright beach colors and decor to the home, as well as stocked the home with all the necessities you will need. It has plenty of underneath covered parking for cars and trailers. It also has a big open yard for plenty of space to play or just enjoy the ocean views.
