Perfect for a Visit to Wine County!

Perfect for a little weekend in Sonoma - we were about 15 - 20 minutes away from many excellent wineries and there are a ton of dining options nearby. Host was flexible with check-in times and made the process super smooth! Place was cute, clean, and just what we were looking for.

Perfect location

Everything was just as described and a great location. Everything in the condo was clean (other than a used coffee pod in the Keurig). All of the amenities were great. I would highly recommend staying there.

Wonderful place

We were allowed to check in earlier on the first day , which was so great! The apartment was so clean and comfortable! It felt like home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great spot!

The condo was perfect for our girl’s weekend wine trip. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and were able to walk into Sonoma. Monica was a wonderful host!

An excellent value

It is a short trip to Napa, a shorter trip to one of our favorite wineries, Patz and Hall, and a longer trip to wine tasting in Sonoma. The location was perfect for us. It was very quiet, if it had been warmer we would have loved to sit on the patios. It had everything we needed, and the host was quick to respond to our texts.

Wine weekend

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. Door locking system was really easy to use. There was only 1 wash cloth in the bathroom and there was no cloth nor sponge in the kitchen for washing dishes. Would stay here again.

Sleep deprived

Unfortunately, because we were in a bottom unit, we had people over our bedrooms that stomped and walked back and forth for hours their room for a very long time. It made it very difficult for us to go to sleep. We also experienced the noise of the car wash, which is in the same proximity and the bar that is outside of the dispensary. The unit was clean.

Kate - I’m sorry you had noise above you. I wish you would have let me know so I could have let them know to quiet down. I can’t fix something I don’t know about unfortunately. There is no bar outside the dispensary but they have an outside patio that serves food and closes at 8pm. Thank you for mentioning how clean it is! That is especially important to us.

Let's Agree to Disagree

When we arrived the first evening of a 5 night stay, we were displeased to find the only shower in the unit to be clogged and filling up with water after just 1-2 minutes. We contacted the property owner and it took them over 2.5 days to get the problem fixed. First their regular and only maintenance person contracted COVID, next they were not able to schedule a plumber within several time windows that we provided and finally, after we expressed our frustration, the husband drove out to unclog the drain. Furthemore, given the price point of this unit we found the cleanliness to be substandard. Snack crumbs on the coffee table, air vents dusty, and a dirty cooktop. Those are simple things you expect to be taken care of for the sizable cleaning fee you are charged on top of the nightly rate. We wanted this place to be a nice and quiet escape after a couple of very busy years, but the slow resolution of a rather substantial maintenance issue left us disappointed. We did ask the owner for a partial refund (1 night) and they ended up telling us we were unreasonable and we would just need to agree to disagree on the matter. We will not be staying at this property ever again and we hope you find this review helpful in your vacation planning search. Best of luck!

I’m sorry we couldn’t see eye to eye. I always do my very best to remedy any issues my guests may have, just like I did in this instance. I had two plumbers able to fix the issue early on but they could not work in the small window they were given by the guests to access the condo. Emergency/same day plumber appointments are hard to get even without time restraints. I feel my very good record of reviews speaks for themselves. In regards to the complaint of the condo not being clean….there was never one word to me about that until the review. Not sure why when we were already communicating regarding the shower drain. I can’t remedy something that’s never brought up although again, I feel all my other reviews speak for themselves. I take pride in my condo and how I host it. Again I’m sorry we didn’t see eye to eye.

Connecting with Old Friends

It was exactly as pictured. The space was clean, modern and walking distance to most of the town of Sonoma. The host was super nice. Will definitely recommend to others who are visiting the area.

Perfect for a long weekend!

My girlfriends and I spent a long weekend here and the place was great. Clean, well-located, and the owner was very prompt in answering my questions. Walkable to Starbucks, grocery store, and a few restaurants. About 20 min walk to downtown Sonoma, which we actually did one day to get some exercise! Would highly recommend!

Great spot!!

Stayed for several days for a wedding. We walked downtown and back although it may be a bit far for some. Very close to rite aid, coffee and gas. We felt very safe. The only issue for us was we that we could hear the people/cleaning crew in the apartment above us by 7:30 each morning. Would love to stay here again.,but would pick the upstairs apartment next time!

Great place and location

We were very pleased with the location and cleanliness of this newly remodeled apartment. Perfect space for a few friends or two couples. Cozy beds. New appliances. Easy access to Sonoma Plaza. Everything we needed was provided. Property manager was immediately responsive. Starbuck walking distance. Kina's Kitchen was walking distance and so delicious. Grocery store in same parking lot. Sonoma Plaza was a $9 Uber ride. Love the decor. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!! Thanks for a fun weekend!

Great service and great property!

Had a GREAT experience at this property! Property manager was SUPERB in terms of responsiveness not only when booking but also during our stay! Centrally located near great restaurants and shopping! 🛍 Very cute and very clean property. Shower had great water pressure (hey, it’s important!) and cute little sitting area where we ate breakfast on the back patio. Stayed with another couple and they loved it too! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Cute and comfortable!

The condo looks just like the photos. We had everything thing we needed for our stay. It was sometimes difficult to find an Uber or Lyft so if you don’t have a car bring your walking shoes. You can walk to downtown in about 25 minutes. There is a super market around the corner so getting supplies is easy.
